All staff except the receptionist were excellent. The receptionist the night we checked in was rude and not helpful in any way.

I love Hilton Garden Inn Hotels so much! The staff is always friendly and attentive with all your needs. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. I also like that 12pm is check out time also. The breakfast you have to pay for but it is a good breakfast.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond! They were incredibly busy with the GOP convention, however they didn’t let it affect the kindness in which they showed to every guest! The hotel is under construction for upgrades but was still very nice and clean! We definitely enjoyed our stay!
