It may have been short staffed because we waited atleast 40 minutes for someone to attend the front desk, but the manager was friendly and professional. I can appreciate the zero indoor smoking policy (theres a $250 fine for doing so) but people were still smoking and stinking up the already stuffy corridors... for that reason, we prefer outdoor room entry access instead of having to enter the entire building to get to our room door. If you really do need to extend your stay, the onsite laundry room, kitchenette and complimentary coffeemaker, cookware and dishes are invaluable. The place was quiet and the rooms were clean and presentable. I am pleased with my choice.

It’s average like staying at a motel6. The room smelled and the dresser smelled like smoke (marijuana). Front desk is friendly. I don’t mind staying here. The smell is the only downside.

Rudely treated by staff, waking me up early after requesting a late checkout. Very unprofessional and restroom was filthy not sanitary.

VWERY LIMITED STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK. THEY WERE ALWAYS BUSY DOING LAUNDRY. MY BATHROOM SINK WAS CLOGED THE ENTIRE STAY! PEOPLE SMOKING POT OR WHATEVER IN THE PARKING LOT AT ALL HOURS. THEY MADE UP MY ROOM BETWEEN STAYS TOOK THE TV REMOTE AND NEVER BROUGHT ONE. COFFEE/BREDAKFAST WAS A JOKE. I STAYED BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO MY WORK, VERY SKETCHY PLACE!!!!!!!

The place was relatively clean. The heat did not work great in the room but the front desk had an extra blanket available. The 1st night stay was fine other than I was cold. (That's when I figured out the heat didn't work great.) The second night was SO noisy that, even with ear plugs that I had brought, I couldn't sleep. Lots of banging. Not sure what that was all about, but I attempted to call the front desk but just received a voice message asking if I wanted to make a reservation, so I hung up, thinking the noise might just stop. 20 min later is was still going on. It was 10:40 pm at this point. I called to the front desk again and received an answer. the noise did not stop for anther 20 min. While the staff was very nice, I'm not sure if I would stay at this hotel again. I only stayed here because it was close to where my friend lives, but once i was in the area, I saw there were better hotel chains to choose from. I doubt I would have to deal with the noise at a Marriot and there was one right down the road.

While the room itself was comfortable and quiet, there were no toilertries other than toilet paper and towels. No hand soap or shampoo/conditioner. We were tild when we checked in that if we needed anything like plates for the kitchen, they had them we just needed to ask for them and same for coffee pot but no mention that we needed to ask for hand soap...which i think is is pretty neccessary item for a bathroom. So maybe people are running around the hotel with unclean hands ?? ✋️ IDK.

My stay was actually pretty good and didn't have any complaints. It was what happened after I left the property that has me deeply concerned. The GM verbally disclosed personal information about my stay to a 3rd party. Without warrant, consent and/or court order. This breach of privacy violates CA very strict Consumer Protection Laws. It is concerning but what was most concerning is that he apparently does this often - his words not mine

Cot-style bed with no boxspring, clogged bathroom sink, dripping out-dated stained bathtub, no shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer provided, musty smell throughout hotel. I've never rated any hotel I've stayed at until I stayed in this one. So bad I headed home without a shower because I didn't want to step foot in it.

It’s a mediocre place. It says in its description breakfast provided! Coffee in a thermos bottle? Really that’s breakfast! The kitchenette’s cupboard are lacking any kind of cooking equipment! Or place settings? Hotel is noisy

Good location for getting around LA and only 15mins from Disney parks. Kitchen was not equipped when we arrived and they were only able to supply the basics and took a while to get a coffee maker - we managed, but would have liked toaster/extra pans/plates/cutlery etc. Staff tried their best and were always friendly. There were a few fire alarm issues at the end of our stay. Had a note on door to say these were scheduled to be fully tested/checked just after we would be leaving. Onsite laundry a bonus. Would stay again if visiting LA.

Bathroom was in extremely poor condition and not very clean. The shower had no curtain or barrier separating flooring so when showering, the entire bathroom floor was wet. There was hair all over the bathroom floors too. Room did have a nice smell upon entrance and front desk staff were very polite and professional. I will not be staying there again though.

The room said that there was pots, pans, and silverware but upon arrival there was none. The clerk took 15 minutes to help us from doing something in the back room. Overall, the hotel served its purpose.

AC problems, in my first room the AC would never turn on. So they moved me into a different room with a smaller bed, and the AC in this room would run for 15 to 30 minutes then shut down for an equal amount of time. The room finally cooled down around 5 a.m. in the morning. Also, be VERY aware that this is a pet friendly establishment. Many guests have their pets with them, I ran into a lot of dogs on leashes in the hallways and elevators during my stay. Also, there was no ice machine nor were the vending machines working at the time I was there. The staff is extremely friendly and tries extremely hard to be of service. But after both rooms had issues with AC units, I'll look else where for future stays.

Freeway and traffic noise is annoying. It penetrates the building and woke us up way too early. The toilets are made for little children; not adults, and especially not male adults. I will let your imagination figure that one out. We will avoid this facility in the future.
