The room was weird. It was a roon that had a door with a sign that said dont close door, also a locked small half door right across from my room were lau dry staff were using all morning. So trying to rest during the day in this room is nada. Also room was dirty, spots on headboard, vanity looks like it was put together with plywood n screws then painted. The sheets had balled up nums n the towles were the cheapest ever barely absorbent. The area was a little concerning as well.

Very good hotel. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. The tub floor was very slick. Needs some texture. Luckily it had a secure grab rail. Without the rail I’m not sure I could have safely managed a shower.

Our stay was horrible…. The linen was dingy which was supposed to be white but was dingy off white. There was a old strange smell in the room. It wasn’t inviting or comfortable at all. Before checkout there was a baby roach crawling on sink near the coffee maker…… long hair that wasn’t mine on towels. I would give this place No stars.

4th Floor and room had a funny smell and they only have one elevator and it was raggedy. But other than those things good overall.

The hotel is clean and in good shape aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast is good. Eggs sausage biscuits waffles cereal toast available.The only slight issues were a slightly noisy air conditioner and that the front desk wouldnt give us a receipt. Other than that there were zero issues.

The room had previously been flooded so the carpet was molded, bed bugs was present, the shower head was just about plugged up and the tub did not drain.

My stay started off great for the first night the attendance did not clean my bed like I ask I pull all cover off my bed and put a small piece of tape on all cover the cover was put back on the bed with the tape I had to end up sleeping at the table cause my sheer and blanket was dirty that no way to treat a guest and only was offer 1000 points 5 dollar off the next visit I should have gotten a refund for tgatvnite

The employees are very nice.. but the smell in the room was unbearable.. it smelled old and musty.. we only came back to sleep.. the breakfast was not so good and the coffee was AWFUL. Previous reviews talked about rude employees but I thought they were very nice.. the gym is very small.. the pictures make everything seem bigger and some pictures on the website are not what it looks like now..but all in all the price was budget friendly.

room was not fully cleaned, sink and a tooth veneer on it and was greasy, dirty towel left on floor of room. Towels supplied were nearly see-through and stained. Breakfast had one person working with broken equipment who couldn't keep up with the demand. So many people trying to eat that there was no place to sit either. Not impressed at all.

The staff was all very friendly. The first thing I noticed was how out of date everything was once I got to my room. The comforter on the bed had stains on it. They gave me another one, but I was already turned off at that point.

Every piece of exercise equipment in the workout center was broken or inoperative. The breakfast was varied, but quality was mediocre. Eggs were fake. Just cheap stuff. Room was good, but very small sofa life throw pillows.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. No baseboards and a slight odor but was comfortable for a one night stay and staff made up for the small things. Great breakfast!

It's been a long time since I stayed at a hotel of this level. Just needed a place to sleep on a long road trip... But still, was shocked by his rough the room was in this place. The whole hotel needs refurbishing.

When I checked out there was no one at the desk I rang the bell and no once came I waited about 20 minutes then went knocking on lobby doors and then she came out

I have stayed at this property several times and never had any issues until last night. There were roaches in the room. I am very disappointed because I love this location. It is in a great location and the staff is always super polite, helpful, and professional. I am very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel room I received last night.

Room was as shown in photos. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. I had to extend my stay by three days. Maids and staff were thoughtful and helpful. Will return to this property again when I'm on the Gulf Coast.
