It was convenience for a weekend trip, but I would not choose to stay here again.

Convenience, complimentary breakfast

Humidifier would fill up within a few hours, so if we left for the day then the room was very humid when we got back. We also had to empty it ourselves for this reason. The jet tub panel was falling off and would be a major safety issue if children had been on the property. Hot water did not come from the sink. We also informed management that several light bulbs had been taken by the previous guests and none were replaced so we did not have use of several of the light fixtures.

Friendly staff and great location

Not very clean, and room was not cleaned once during 3 night stay. Had to go to front desk several times for new towels and even a roll of toilet paper.

the location was right off the expressway.Very convenient from stores and places to go eat that was in walking distance

We loved it!

Everything was nice/ good. With the except of the toaster was working. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was unclean, the elevator has dirty splatters all of the doors, carpet looks like they are never vacuumed in the hallways, my toilet was broken in my room had bowel in the toilet, I told the housekeeper she stated she knew and would tell someone, I reported to the front desk immediately I had to leave for a game upon my return it was not fixed, the maintenance temporarily fixed, the room had this funny smell that irritated my families allergies, the pillows were balled up.. everywhere else was booked so we had to stay d/t travel I literally did not sleep I sat up because it was very uncomfortable, air conditioner had funny smell coming from it. not a very clean hotel. Felt like a cheap motel

2nd stay on Friday night, TV didn't have volume so last suggested we move but it was ok. Continental breakfast needed more attention but it was good food

Everything was great except the smell of the room and elevator.

Check in was smooth and fast. Friendly front desk agent. We came there for my son's bday party at Big Play but we live in New Orleans.

The smell of the room was very...odd. Like an old, stale smell. My friend who drove in to come to the pary decided to get a room there as well when I told her where we were staying. her room smelled the same. Then the elevators stopped working and we had to take the stairs the rest of that day and the next morning. My friend had amputations on her feet and it was very complicated for her.
