Check in at the front desk was terrible then once got in the room it was very filthy with dirty bed sheets probably they reused it kitchen sink was dirty with probably cleaning chemicals

They made me pay resort fee and parking fee twice. I booked in hotel.com and i paid during reservation. When i checked in they made me pay again for $79 for resort fee where in fact its not even a resort theres no pool as well. The room was not clean the kitchen itensils are very disgusting. The aircondition is not cold and only in the rooms. Its very hot inside. And all the clock were set to alarm in the middle of the night. The bathroom supply were empty. Very unsatisfied. The kitchen are dirty very disgusting

The room was nice and big with a full sized refrigerator but that was the only good thing. I requested for a high floor but ended up on the second floor. The girl that checked us in had a really bad attitude. They are very weak in customer service. Also upon check in, we are told that they have no available parking and we have to park across the street. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room but while looking around, I found a coffee package open but it wasn’t used so I guess housekeeping thought it was ok to leave it in the room. The bathroom was clean but with three people in the room, we only had 3 bath towels 2 wash clothes with no daily maid service. When I called down for room supplies, the front desk was very unhelpful saying housekeeping is closed. No offer to send someone else or to come to the front desk to get what I need. This hotel has potential of being one of the best if they added a few things to the room like a phone in the living room. The phone was in the bedroom where the couple was staying so when I needed the phone, I had to wait until they came out of their room. & if they change their personnel to experienced customer service representatives. All of the bad would have been overlooked if the employees were friendlier. One other good thing is the location is perfect in Waikiki.

This place is dirty. They don't clean the rooms properly. I asked for room service but was left with the same dirty sheets and towels and the floor was never vacuumed our entire stay. Room keys needed replacing almost everyday as they wouldn't work after 24 hours.

It is good but when we are using the plastic coffee cups. Please add the new plastic coffee cups by the coffee maker so we don’t use the same plastic coffee cups every days

The beach is literally right down the street. I was really well located for shopping and eating out. So many choices! the room it's self was a bit lack luster, but the price was right. Very nice people running the front desk.

The staff were very helpful regarding my request to cancel the reservation after 1 night. (Booked for 5 nights) The hotel was very bad. Probably one of the worst that I stayed at. (Unless I compare with motels or hostels). Only one chair in the room and floor was sticky and everything looked filthy. I am still waiting for the refund they promised even after 7 days. There are lots of options within the area and within the price range so....

This hotel was ok. Our first room we had was ok though the couch smelled like an animal. There were also a few pet hairs when I opened up the sofa bed. The fridge also smelled. The sheets were clean though. There was an unexpected plumbing problem due to another guest so they had to cut open a wall in a room next to us. Due to the noise, the man at the front desk was nice enough to move us to a different room. This room was very nice. Couch and fridge was smelled good. Everything was clean.

The trip wasnt going well from the start. When we got to the hotel it was not what we expected but it was clean and very roomy. The best part was it was directly across the International Market and i didnt know that place existed. That was my whole high light of our trip unfortunately it was too short so i couldnt explore. Next time we know where to book.

It was very expensive to stay here but that is not the property fault, I understand it’s the location. The parking cost over $200 for 4-5 days. It was decent stay wish the carpet was updated or cleaned it had stains all over. The staff were amazing and cleaning services were prompt.

I liked how big the room was, might have been missing furniture but good space. They didn’t have forks, vending machine had soup. They didn’t refill the shampoo before we got our room. And we found our ac remote covered in sticky stuff when we returned to our room

It was convenient. I think the price doesn’t reflect the rooms. Needs lots of updating, the windows (no privacy) and walls are paper thin so heard everything going on outside. The staff friendly and it was clean.

It was a wonderful vacation all in all. I didn’t have to worry about parking or anything. It was kinda pricey for what it is but, where can you find a hotel that has everything around it. And can walk everywhere. Hotel is kinda not updated but clean. Nice view and people are nice. No pool though, and the wifi sucksss but, it was okay. Recommended!

This is the worst hotel to check into. We got to our room and the carpet was very dirty and the stove didnt even work. We tried to maybe get a new room but they didnt want to switch us. Hotel was so dirty that we could not even stay there. We have to get out of there and book another hotel. We tried to talk to the property to get a refund of any unused nights. Even expedia tried calling them to maybe reach a solution. But they didnt want to even offer any credit back. On top of the dirty room they didnt let us even park on the property while making us still pay $40 for parking. Do not stay here unless you want to have an unpleasant vacation.

Our hotel room was dirty. We paid for amenities that we didn’t even get to use because we could never connect to the Wi-Fi. You had to go to a different hotel to get the paddle boards, GoPro, etc. it wasn’t convenient. Also, the hotel staff doesn’t know what over flow means when it comes to parking. When I ask if this lot is full where is over flow parking because there was about 20 spots behind the hotel the rest had to park at the International Market Place but when I found parking one day behind the hotel they called our room and told us to move it. The patio door was ridiculously hard to close and didn’t even shut all the way. The drapes we ripped and held together with duct tape. The couches were spotted. The floor was spotted. The handles in the kitchen were all rusted and grimey. The fire sprinklers were all covered in dust as well as the smoke alarm. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Find another hotel.

Not the best place to stay, but definitely not the worst. The AC seem nosier than other units I’ve used. There was always a really weird sound in the bathroom coming from the pipes. Location is convenient and felt safe. Parking was a bit inconvenient if you didn’t snag one on site. It’s off-site at a nearby structure. Staff was really friendly.

Pictures were very deceiving!!! Not at all like I thought it would be. The place was so run down! Very old and dirty couch in our room. I didn’t even want to sit on it. Dirty carpet, dirty dishes. Beds were so hard I couldn’t sleep on my side. The only thing that was good was the staff. The staff was very nice.

Property is nearby all the shops which is good and bad. Good everything is nearby. Bad it gets loud with cars passing by the hotel. Overall good experience. Staff was very friendly.

The bed was pretty hard. They had upgraded the bathroom countertop to granite but otherwise things were out of date. The bathtub overflow drain cover was rusted badly and instead of being replaced, it was "sealed" with over an inch of caulk.

The staff was very nice and lobby was clean. But our room wasn't so clean with dust build up on the lamps. The pillows and bed wasn't comfy. BUT, location was great. Walking distance to all the places in our list to check out.
