Clean room, staff was friendly, and great location to walk to the Fillmore theatre. Free parking and breakfast was nice :) Kind of unhappy with the view we got for paying $200+. Pictures were as we were leaving, of course lol

Was pleasantly surprised that we could check in early, which made the day sp much easier. Great staff and the room was as.expected (Qu bed with studio)....full kitchen and plenty of room. Only complaint was the bed was hard for me, but that's a personal choice. Great spot clr catching a Twins game and then hitting the local breweries. Would def stay here again.

The room size was great for our family however it wasn’t clean (hand soap from previous guest in tub, furniture had some stains and wood was cracked in places). It also had very few dishes and glasses to use.

Great location for downtown events, close to Target Center and Field. Room is adequate. Sort of an odd layout that makes it hard for two people to watch TV in bed; better for a single business traveler. Lots of uncrowded underground parking which given the near 100 degree days when we were there, was appreciated. As was the outdoor pool, a vanishing breed in the snowbelt. Also had a billiard room a surprise. Included breakfast was exactly as you'd expect.

Over all great place. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Some minor things like certain plugs/switches didn't work and the air conditioning stopped working and its a little out-dated for decor. Front desk staff were fantastic, Jordan was great.

Property was conveniently located to Shops in Dining in NorthLoop. The breakfast included in above and beyond with lots of choices and was refilled with food/drink as much as needed. Our only down point was we were woken up 5 AM with an unwarranted wake-up telephone call. Must have been ordered by previous guest.

Good location, easy walk to Twins game. Pool was small and needed some maintenance- a light was floating while still attached to the wall. Breakfast was okay, nice that it’s available but it was very crowded when we went to eat. Need a bigger room& more tables and chairs. The sofa bed was terrible. I know not to expect great comfort with a sofa bed but this one was really bad and uncomfortable.

We were on a one night staycation for an event close by. This is exactly what we were looking for, nothing fancy, but clean and affordable for the eight hours we were actually in the room. Parking was convenient and priced right so that we could walk to restaurants and entertainment venues. Breakfast was very standard but again convenient and affordable. Staff was super friendly and actually ended up at the same event after we told them about it. We will be back here to stay for future events in uptown!

This property was listed as having a rooftop pool, which is the only reason I booked it. Upon arriving to checkin we were informed that there is no rooftop pool. They instead had a small, dirty, outdoor parking lot level pool. I understand the pool is outside and there is a chance of debris blowing in. The pool was filled with leaves, pine needles, candy wrappers, cigarette buttes, and styrofoam chunks. It was disgusting.

We stayed three nights and took advantage of all of the facilities, including the breakfast, pool, game room, parking with in and out privileges and laundry. The only issue we had was lots of problems with our room keys, but we heard they were changing their system soon. It is close to the river and easy to get around the city. We had a great stay there.

The staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. The hotel furniture shows some wear-and-tear, but the room overall was comfortable nonetheless. The neighborhood is great - good energy but not busy - close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and the home of the 1987 World Series Champions.

The person that checked me in did not mark the room as occupied. So when a late check-in was given my room at midnight I was woken up to the sound of someone trying to get in my room. Shortly after someone started banging on my door saying they were from guest services. Appropriately freaked out and looked through the peep hole to a man standing there. I told him I did not order anything from guest services and he said that I wasn't supposed to be in the room. So I called the front desk and told them that someone was trying to get in my room to which they accused me of being in the room and I shouldn't be. I told them that I paid for the room and have a card so WTH. The next morning I requested to talk to a manager about the incident and was very rudely given an excuse to the behavior and no apology was ever offered. I gave my phone number and email and was told the manager would contact me to "make things right". I have not been contacted since. Overall the hotel is shabby, the breakfast was nothing special and the coffee was terrible. Have to pay extra for parking in an unsecure lot or to use the pool. Definitely over priced and tops my list of worst hotel stays.

We love this hotel for its location. It's a little more expensive than where we usually stay, and we can't stay here when we have our dog with us because they charge a flat hundred dollars even for a single night, but when we come for baseball games it's a great choice. We had a queen room with a kitchenette, which felt very spacious compared to many hotels, staff were very nice, and the hotel condition and cleanliness were both excellent.

really liked the size and convenience of our room. TV could be bigger. Plenty of towels. The shampoo. conditioner and body wash was the best we have ever experienced. Not all (If any) of the card key readers worked on the outside of the building. Weren't there long enough to enjoy the pool but it received good hotel maintenance and use by other guests. Breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, waffles, muffins, juices and fresh fruit. No reason to go hungry. Will stay here next time we visit.
