A basic room that is quite adequate and just a block from the gondola! Nice that daily maid service was back. Breakfast was pretty minimal: I bring my own, because the room has a small refrigerator and microwave. But the motel's bagels are good!

Great location. Free breakfast left something to be desired. Coffee was good. Beds and pillows were ok. However this place was clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

You’ve got everything you need, when you go for a ski trip with your family. Location js the best: 2 small blocks from Gondola. You also get free parking. The continental breakfast was minimal, but we didnt really expect much anyway. We didnt hear any noise,

This is a decent hotel in South Lake. We chose it because of the proximity to the Heavenly Gondola and the included breakfast. The room was a little dated but seemed clean. The breakfast was definitely not great, just bagels and oatmeal with coffee and tea. It would be nice if they offered a protein. They did allow us to leave our vehicle there the day of checkout which was really great.

Property and accommodations are okay. Nothing fancy and, honestly disappointed for the price. Staff was excellent with the except one lady. I liked that it was close to everything and I walked everywhere. Lot's of food options. Lot's of shopping. Exceptional views. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

been staying here out last 4 visits to south lake tahoe. we love the affordability of this hotel and the homey feel of the rooms. sometimes i feel like we spend more time in the room than out exploring! we come so often that the lovely lady at the desk remembers our names. we will continue to stay here every time we visit the area.

Clean. Accessible . We don’t like the receptionist that night we checked in. Maybe he woke up at the wrong side of the bed? He didn’t seem wanting to entertain our basic questions. I’m thinking he is being racial

the room was quiet, comfortable, a good location, and at a good price. we would return. only the breakfast was a problem. when everyone shows up at the same time, there is very little room to maneuver. it would help to have two toasters to speed up the lines.

The refrigerator in the room Was so noisy. They offered another but we Couldn’t go To the new room to see if refrigerator was as noisy as where we were. We stayed and unplugged the refrigerator at night.the furniture was kind of beat up, the carpet looked bad, couldn’t say of it was clean just looked “worn” the continental breakfast was pretty bad in that one bagel machine that needed to be run 3-4 times to brown the bagel, it created a real backup. Not a very inviting room it was served in
