Staff was rarely at reception desk. They had to be reminded to keep coffee in carafe. Toast, cereal and waffles was too limited. In three day stay only the third day did they supply a couple of doughnuts-soon gone.

We had to get this reservation at the last minute because another hotel's "reservation" was not honored when we got there. This hotel was about the same price, and much nicer than the one we'd previously arranged.
The breakfast was adequate, the room was clean, the staff was extra helpful even with our late arrival (we got there at 11 PM). The amenities (bed, pillows, shower, etc.) were what we expected. (We often stay at Quality hotels when we travel -- they seem to all be about the same "quality" with just minor differences). This Quality met the expectations.
