Great design, safe area and easy access to quick transportation into the city center.

Wonderful room in between gardens. Everything is beautiful and made my stay feel truly like holidays. Only downside: It a bit far from the city center

One night stay for business. Arrived late one evening but had prewarned them and asked for a quiet room which I had. Room was spacious and equipped with most things inc fridge and coffee machine but no kettle. I'm a tea drinker so would have preferred that, but lovely breakfast, so had it there. Checked out but had afternoon to kill after a morning meeting so went back to work and leave my bag for a while. They were so accommodating and helpful. Great areas to sit and work or chill out. Was very warm and humid while there but cool inside and wonderful fragrance in the hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully appointed with Asian antiques. There are many spaces in this hotel to hang out and read a book. Our room had a great bath with two sinks. We also liked the small balcony. The people working here though made this an enriching experience.

The food was great but the only thing was that the tv channels were in Italian!! Who really cares about tv when you’re on vacation anyways!!

Nice, comfortable place for a couple of nights. A bit out of the central part but trains got us around ok. I used the spa - I don’t think it was worth the extra €20. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good.

We loved the design. The lounge area was very neatly arranged. The staff is always nice and helpful, we didnt bring chargers and we were handed 2 immediately Its a 40 min walk to city center Duomo, there is a tram, a cab , ev scooters, we sinply enjoyed the walk there is so much to see PARCO SEMPIONE on the way to duomo was amaizng too

This hotel is truly awful and it frustrates me when people rate a hotel excellent without going into detail about what they liked as I couldn't find anything positive about my stay. When you enter the hotel is looks like a nice modern lobby but when you enter the rooms you realise this hotel hasn't been updated in years. The rooms are dated and don't feel clean, the shower-head seems to have been added and it's cheap looking and doesn't match the shower as the water goes everywhere. The aircon in the rooms doesn't work, it's an old panel and I had to sleep 3 nights with the window open (in winter) as it was so warm. There are no usb sockets and you don't get a second key to charge devices when you're not in the hotel so not great if you are working there. Also, when you do get a second key it marks you as do not disturb when you keep it in the room The internet isn't great either as I struggled on video calls with work when there. Overall, this hotel isn't even close to a 4 star, maybe it was in the 90's or something, but now it is way behind competitors and you can find hotels much better and cheaper in Milan than this one.

Really nice and clean hotel. Far from the tourist attractions though. Nothing walkable. Other than that, nice area, and nice staff.

Stayng taxes are way too expensive for what it is, marely isolated from the noise. the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is fine.

This was a short city stay and the hotel was very suitable. Great public transport links and close to some dining and entertainment areas. A feasible walk through the main park / castle all the way to the cathedral and central shopping area. Comfortable lounge areas throughout and a decent little restaurant inside. Excellent breakfast!

It was a very lovely treat for our wedding anniversary! The room is beautiful and private, we enjoyed the separate entrance and the tables/chairs outside in the garden. The breakfast was lovely altho 17eur each maybe a but overprices but you do get a lot of choice and a semi table service. For parking we were lucky as they had 1 space available, the parking lot is small and has 50 spots allocated, but it was nice because they let us park the car until we had to leave for the airport which was past our check out time. All in all a very nice experience.

We liked the hotel and the room. The bed was average for Italy, the room was clean but the shower area was not the cleanest with mold growing between the tiles in the shower area and along the transition from wall to shower floor. ROOM 512

Clean, stylish, super service, comfortable, excellent hotel!

When we arrived in Italy we reached at the hotel at around 11pm, and enjoyed a drink in the peaceful bar area. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and design of this hotel, specially the bar and reception area. Overall our stay was faultless, the team were quick to respond to our requirements and were excellent. We stayed at 3 different Hotels that were all 4 stars, but this was the only one that felt like 4 stars... pushing closer to 5! I would highly recommend this hotel, very easy to travel into the centre with trams right outside the hotel, and cheap yet beautiful local cafes to have a coffee, pharmacies and supermarkets a short (1-4 min walk away).

The inside is better than the outside; on two major tram lines for easy access through the city; staff very helpful; onsite restaurant very nice, especially for breakfast; room smaller than expected, but nice - shower stalls are small, so beware; rooms are very quiet

Fantastic at the affordable rate this reviewer paid - excellent value for money given the rates for good hotels in Milan. Second stay at the hotel - this time in a standard level room and really relaxing and comfortable - decorated and equipped beautifully with Japanese stylistic touches. Great ensuite too with eye catching mosaic tiling. The public areas are very spacious and sumptuous and the breakfast excellent. Service is always first class - prompt, helpful and charming. I really like the location as it is a short tram ride to lively pavement cafes and Sempione Park with a view of the Sforza castle the other side of the park entrance - though it is a bit of a trek to get to the central station by tram and metro. Overall it would always be my first choice of place to stay in Milan. Thank you to all who make the experience so positive.

Rooms are basic in personal touches, but have ample storage and additional shelves around room. There are lockers to leave your luggage if you’re return journey is later than checkout, really useful without having to wait at the front desk. Bathroom missing luxuries of soap bar, body lotion, shower cap, but does include hotel slippers!
