Overall the stay was smooth and nice. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless but the decoration was a bit outdated. The gym is rather big have a lot of equipment. Just be aware that the air conditioning system is quite noisy in the room and you may need to have it on during the night with the temperatures of Mexico City. Location is perfect in the center and rather safe.

I could had stayed anywhere but I chose this hotel because of the reviews. Unfortunately, my 2 night stay was a nightmare. After our first night my husband and I woke up with cotton like material all over our face, hair, clothes, absolutely everything covered in white. I could barely even breathe and my husband had it all inside of his mouth. The floor was carpet was covered in white too, I immediately called to be changed room. The person helping us take our luggage said they had just changed the air conditioner filter to the room and it seemed the white cotton material was from that, all they did was apologized. It took forever to take it off my hair and stuff. The second day while I laid naked in my hotel room bed, two people walked in, I started yelling and panicked but so did they. My husband came out the bathroom and followed them. They continued to apologized and said they were given the room key, when we called downstairs they said they made a mistake because the room was marked as available. I cried all day of embarrassment. We also have a lot of expensive stuff, designer bags, clothes and gold. I can only imagine what could of happened had we not been in the room. All the hotel did was offer that night free. This was a horrible 2 stay for me, didn’t even feel safe living my room the last night.

Really nice hotel in a cool part of town. The room was gorgeous! I was sad we couldn't use the outdoor pool because of a wedding but it wasn't a big deal because there was also a smaller indoor pool. Our stay here was really nice!

The hotel was centrally located, beautiful lobby, extremely good customer service, room was always clean every day. The room service food was great too. Close to Zócalo and historic area. Everything was great.

Great location, great sitting areas by the bar and entrance. Furniture in room and carpet were torn. outdated, and worn-out. For the price expected nicer.

We stayed in several places during our visit to CDMX and this Hilton was by far the best. Very clean, well appointed and central. Staff was great!

We liked the location a lot and its proximity to the Zocalo (Mexico's main square). We also liked the facilities, they are well kept, unpretentious, comfortable and cozy.
The only thing we were not happy with is that we hosted an event there for 120 people and at the end were approached with a surprise fee: it was a big social event for our family and friends and at the end of the event, we were told we had to pay an extra fee so the maintenance crew could clean the "pieces of paper" that were thrown on the floor. Needless to say, this was an outrageous comment especially since we had paid the entire event a week earlier and nowhere in the contract said we had to pay that additional fee. However, after contacting our event host, she managed to solve the dispute, she was kind and gracious and totally understood our position. She managed to dismiss the cost and so we concluded our stay on a positive note.

Lovely hotel with comfy beds. Staff were amazing. Special thanks to Edgar behind the bar and the restaurant staff. Good location, walkable to coffee and attractions. Food was find, breakfast was good. Rooms spacious and housekeeping were lovely

This would have been a 5-Star review if my room had been as advertised. The room was supposed to come with a microwave but mine did not have one. The hotel also advertised onsite laundry, but in actuality you had to send your laundry out to a third-party who charged exhorbitant prices. Other than those two things the hotel was fine.

I liked the hotel, there are many places that are just walking distance away. Convenient transportation right out side the hotel too. Excellent restaurants inside hotel.

Wonderful location! Great staff, very helpful. Loved the Lobby Bar. Try the Diablo Margarita, yum! Loved unwinding here after a busy day. Breakfast at El Cardinal was very good! Busy restaurant especially in the weekends so be prepared. Housekeeping was good, attentive. Yes, we tipped a little each day. Purely optional. Provide basics like lotion and shampoo/conditioner. Room was spacious, we had a city view. Definitely needs updating, lobbies and general decor and room furniture are very dated. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is so welcoming. The staff are all incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. Our room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable.
We loved the breakfast buffet on the first floor (excellent waiters) and also El Cardenal Restaurant in the lobby.

The service was great, especially the front desk. The location is excellent, within walking distance from major sightseeing places. The only downside is the maintenance and thermometer setting of the room. Although it was solved properly, it shouldn't be an issue in the beginning.
