Great location within walking distance of city centre. Parking garage is next door if you have a vehicle (special hotel parking rate is 25 Francs per night). Breakfast was good and staff were always pleasant. Coop right next door.

The concierge at the attached Hotel de la Paix was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pleasant and clean. Great central location. (Just five minutes to the lion!)

The ambassador hotel was very convenient to see the sites of Lucerne. The agent at the hotel was friendly and helpful as we arrived to check in. The whole hotel was clean, even had an ice machine, which is unusual for Europe. We enjoyed our stay there.
