We enjoyed our stay! The big room was super nice and comfortable. Personal Staff specially Mrs. Sandy (i forgot the name of the lady from Mexico, I think im not sure if the name is right. Sorry!) She is super nice all the information we need and very accommodating everybody. The hotel is close in everything. Definitely we will go back at this Hotel. Thank you very much!

Clean, comfortable, great location, nice breakfast
After we got out of the lift we still had to carry our luggage up about 6 stairs.
We had dinner in the restaurant where I ordered a steak in creamy sauce. There was very little steak and lots of sauce which tasted like ketchup mixed with cream. We didn’t give a tip and when we were walking out the door we said thank you to the waiter and he was a bit rude and mumbling at us in his own language so that wasn’t very nice. All other staff were very nice.

Highly recommended. Great location, wonderfully friendly staff - Victoria on the front desk was amazing. A very pleasant experience and a great place to base yourself while hiking. Such a pretty location.
Nothing comes to mind.
