The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only complaint I have is the lighting in the room is really low and I could not see to put on makeup...I am also over 50 so my vision isn't the best.

Had a wonderful stay at the Eliza Jane! Beautiful hotel with gorgeous decor and so much charm. We did experience an issue with our original room at check-in, but the manager was incredibly accommodating and upgraded us to a beautiful room for our anniversary.
We were so grateful for how everything came together and how special they made our anniversary weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Eliza Jane. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️
