Decent hotel, clean, but breakfast was not included. I had checked breakfast when I booked. But no breakfast. A little bit disappointed. Decent breakfast though.
I booked 3 person (family trip), but no extra bed. I used couch for two nights.

Difficult time at check in. Almost concerned if I had a place to sleep after long flight. Staff oddly questioning room type just stay somewhere else. I am a hotels.com member for 18+ years. First review I had to write

Good location, but I would say that for the price, I had a better experience in a smaller hotel not too far away. Overall, it's a good hotel to choose if in Chiang Mai.

Great location near Loi Kroh Rd and near Sunday Bazaar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was good.

All in all. I always have a great experience at the hotel. The staff are polite. The rooms are very clean. The only small downside is that the gym area is needs a bit cleaning. However, I can’t praise the hotel overall!!!!

Staff is nice at the location, however worst 5 star hotel ever. Do not book here, pictures are fake. Bathroom is outdated and dirty. Pictures of bathroom on Expedia is not their hotel. Room also doesn’t look like on Expedia. Complained to the manager and they admit it’s not their photos. They said it would be taken off but it’s still there. We left early and had to pay for another hotel that’s much cleaner.

This hotel has recently been renovated and was in excellent condition - clean, quiet, and with superb staff and service. In a prime location in the heart of the night market, with ease of access to so many great shopping and eating places within easy walking distance.

Cleanliness of the hotel is a thumb up. Request for make up room in the afternoon was no acceded to.

The airline lost my bag and it was delivered to the hotel. Reception rang the room but we were out. They didn’t leave a note to tell me the bag was there.

Excellent location right by the night bazaar. Lots of international food options everywhere.
The breakfast buffet has good options. Did not try the other hotel restaurant but it looked pretty popular and has good prices.
The outdoor pool deck is very nice and has an outdoor bar. The pool is non-heated so kinda chilly.
The room was totally fine. Nice bathroom. Overall wonderful stay.

It is right next to the night market and easy walking distance to all the sights. The breakfast is excellent and all the staff are very professional.

My room was assigned to B330 with an indoor window towards the hallway in between towers, but the desk receptionist kindly and gratefully changed it to B533 with a window for partial sunlight upon my request. Despite the overall great hospitality of hotel staff, the hotel cannot resist the touches of time - old and out of date, except the lobby:) However, I will definitely choose this hotel again thanks to the exceptional proximity to Chiangmai night bazzare - not near but in the center of it.

Great rates, helpful staff especially for a non-native speaker. Located near restaurants, street market, live music, thai boxing, michelin star restaurants, and other retail stores. Property is clean, well maintained, with pool, gym, and an ample breakfast offering. Would certainly go again.
