It was meh. Ok at best. Water in shower took more than 10 min to get hot, sofa had a blood stain on the cushion where someone obviously sat. Breakfast was average.

The property itself was nice. We arrived into Ft. Myers late in the evening and checked in around 9:00 p.m.. After showering we pulled back the sheets to find what looked like makeup (red lipstick type) in several places on the top and bottom sheet. We called and received new bedding but the issue was a bit overwhelming after traveling all day and wanted to rely on a clean room to rest and couldn't do that.

Beautiful property. Friendly, helpful staff. The pool area was very relaxing. Continental breakfast provided, but not stocked well the couple of times i came down for breakfast.

Very professional staff. Awesome location. The hotel was a little dated and in need of renovations. I.e.: Ceiling discoloration, door frames in need of painting, and tv in need of replacement!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and so very helpful!!! Perfect group of people. If not for them, I would have left. 1. The beds were bowed so badly and obviously need replaced. 2. The room had an HVAC unit that constantly rattled very badly and could not keep a good cool temperature. 3. This hotel is right next door to 2 restaurants with outdoor seating and they played their music so loudly until midnight, that I could not hear the TV in my own room! Will probably not stay there again.

Had to kill a few roaches and toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Had to check out after the first night. Front desk staff was very apologetic and nice.

On the whole, and compared to competitors in the vicinity, Spring Hills is the best local option. The unfortunate thing is that it is situated close to 75, so road noise is heard at night. The air conditioning is very loud. On the positive side, the breakfasts were wonderful, and the facility is well-kept, and clean.

The property was in a good location, near the airport! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My only complaint is upon entering the room I encountered two roaches in my room and had to be relocated to another room.

Having spent the night only days before, at the SpringHill Suites in Fort Lauderdale! There was quite a difference between the two! The Fort Myers SpringHill Suites is in need of an upgrade! It needs to get things such as USB ports for charging devices! Furniture is antiquated as well as the bathroom!

Clean. Spacious room. Fridge does not get cold. Rust stains on shower. Water does not get warm enough. Beds pretty comfortable. Front desk staff is very friendly. Easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. Pool looked like it needs a deep cleaning and better upkeep. Overall ok stay.

When we checked in, the lady didn’t inform me of the additional fee that would show on the pending charge. She actually didn’t say very much at all. We went to our room. Rooms are set up a bit ackward. You can’t really view the tv from the bedroom area. You have a slanted side view. Our Kitchenette sink leaked. I tried to call down but no one came so just had one of the other dads in our group help us out. Found someones dirty sock in the closet. We had small kids on our floor that were running up and down the hallway really late. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room but on the last day… found multiple roaches. Lucky for us we were leaving anyways but they were big.

The windows couldn’t open, the cleaning products and the Room was too strong for my Husband that have really Bad Allergies to strong cleaning products. And the Front Desk Guy wasn’t helpful at all he was a Indian looking Guy. I will not stay there no more

Hotel was good for the price clean breakfast was better than I thought on Saturday but Sunday there wasn’t much. It was in a convenient place. Restaurant close by. Area looks safe. Quiet. Overall it was good. Staff was pleasant. They had a shuttle service. The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t come up to clean the room and give us new towels. When I asked, they said they didn’t do that so I had to go down and get my own towels. Wasn’t a big deal, but all hotels I’ve been to at least bring you new towels daily. Just found that a bit weird Everything else was great.

The first night I too heard the loud music from Rusty's, but that is something you can see before you arrive. Breakfast was good every morning. My only challenge was the bugs I had the last 2 nights. I was there for a week. Kept my room very clean - no food etc laying around. A very large roach Wed night and then a teenager if you will the next. Slept with the lights on the last 2 nights. Honestly, I was quite surprised. Hope you address quickly.
