Location is perfect - 5 minute walk from Nationals Park, restaurants and more. Two minute walk to the Metro Station, making it even easier to get around other areas of DC. Parking is limited when there is an event going on at the ballpark, but outside of events, parking seemed to be available.
I have to give kudos to the hotel front desk when we arrived. We arrived on a Friday night after the baseball game had already started, so all nearby garages were full. The front desk staff came out to the car to direct us exactly where to go for easy nearby parking. We found street parking and were able to leave our car there all weekend with no problem. The front desk staff on this Friday night could not have been more helpful, nice, funny and welcoming!

There was no room in the garage .I was sent 2 blocks away. I arrived at 6.15pm and left by 10.30 am the next day. I paid $72. Shameful.

Only 1 person at the front desk line going out the door, we had a concert to get to, roon was ok can use some better pillows, the pool area was clean. Thought they serve breakfast when we went down the lady hand us a menu to order from. We hand it back and left. Probably won't stat here again.

It is a nice hotel with quiet area and nice restaurants around. The metro station is around the corner. The service at the hotel is very good, nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The property was conveniently located and within walking distance of several restaurants. The salon on the ground floor created a strong, unpleasant odor for that floor.

I enjoyed my stay ! Comfortable rooms , easy booking and the hotel is located right in the city where everything is accessible. My only issue was the smell in the lobby and my bathtub was dirty . The smell in the lobby was like there was a pipe issue.

Was a somewhat odd hotel. We checked in at around 8:00. It took 15 minutes for someone to come out to check us in, a separate worker was there and refused to let us use the restroom even though we were waiting to get checked in. After waiting the front desk agent came out wearing AirPods. Also the next morning the fire alarm went off for about a minute. We called the front desk to see what was going on and they simply said they were unsure. The place was clean and comfy but I certainly will stay somewhere else next time I’m in DC.

My kids & I enjoyed our much needed getaway at the Courtyard. Although, we reside in the district, life challenges have been exhausting. We enjoyed the gym on Christmas & they enjoyed the pool Christmas Day in the evening. Our room including the bathroom was cleaned. Fresh linen on our beds. The housekeepers were professional & personable but not overwhelming. Every one at the front desk during our stay Eric, Bryan, the female manager Christmas Eve & the young lady Christmas night provided outstanding customer service. No attitudes, assisted quickly. My daughter locked her broke phone in the safe & an engineer came within 10 mins of the issue. I truly appreciate it. The hotel was quiet, no kids running in the hall, no loud neighbors just the peace & love we needed during our holiday mental break! I found easy parking. However, I wasn’t feeling the price of parking per night but I get it. Thank you Courtyard!

Great location, very clean and up to date interior. Comfortable bed, effective curtains. My room had an inward facing window, so very quiet.
The only complaint was that housekeeping did not come even once during my 6-night stay.

This is a lovely and often affordable hotel not too far from all the government buildings that I have to visit. They serve a small quantity of food round the lobby but it's always very tasty

It's location was not far from the event I attended which was the winery. I didn't like that the parking was on a come first basis. Nevertheless after being charged to park and had to park on the street the front desk attendant Ms Yahel was very understanding, courteous and professional in handling the situation. Additionally, the common area of the hotel was exceptionally maintained.

I have always been a loyal member of Marriott. The location of the hotel is the best thing about it. The front desk could have been little welcoming and courteous. Need to improve on the layout of the room and also needs to clean room thoroughly before it’s given to someone.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located if you’re in town for a ballgame. Our room was clean and all amenities worked fine.

The front desk staff was exceptional - always helpful and friendly. The property was also very clean, which is a huge must have for me. We also had our infant daughter with us, and they provided a VERY CLEAN and new pack-n-play with mattress for her to sleep in. It was very close to the stadiums and lots of dining and bar options. We also loved how close it was to the Metro station - perfection! 1 of 2 elevators up to the rooms was not working, so unfortunately that was a pain during busy times, but not awful. The parking situation was also not ideal. You are paying for valet, but you still need to go down to the garage to drop off/pick up your car and all they do is park it for you or pull it out of the spot. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend others do too.
