Front desk were very welcoming on arrival and check in was excellent and smooth. Breakfast was great and fresh everyday. The added perk of helping yourself by grabbing a coffee any time of the day was great too. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with anything. Rooms were on the smaller side but very clean, only slept here. The bedding and bathroom comfy and adequate. The hotel was excellent value for where we were situated in the heart of the area. Within walking distance.

The Hotel is in a great location, very near to the mid town escalators and it's easy to get to the water front through walkways. The staff were helpful and efficient. A negative point for me was a lack of power points in the room for charging devices. I could only find one power point in my room and that was at floor level and under a table.

The patient of this hotel is excellent walking around, finding something to eat, and accessing public transportation. The decor is charming, the bids are very comfortable and this strap are extremely friendly and helpful. They offer free coffee all day. And that's a treat!
