Bathroom needed a good wipe over but rest was clean. The breakfast and lunch was good but the evening buffet was dreadful. Dried up and stale foid reheated from lunch I assume. The beer was lovely but the other alcoholic drinks and cocktails were very poor.

We had a great stay here, late Sept 2023. We stayed for 5 nights. The food at the restaurant was always good, with plenty of choices and theme nights. The oriental night food was especially nice. The entertainment, especially the quiz, was good too. The pools are good size and we didn’t struggle to get a lounger any day. The resort is a bit difficult to get around and would benefit with a bit more signage, and more knowledge on what is available to guests.

Great place to visit with children. We had a great time. Short ride a beautiful beach. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, food was great too. If you just want to relax and let your children run free this is the place.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities, good choice of food options at the buffets and it was nice they have live entertainment in the evenings. Very close to the beach and the town.

Hotel is somewhat dated. ‘Spa’ not a spa but 2 saunas … Big empty bath tub that looks like a jacuzzi but empty and was told just a bath .. but not working, ‘out of order ‘ signs on one sauna for some of the days, water machine , lockers also out of order. When put to manager, he said ‘comes down to definition of Spa’. Well if all you’re offering is a sauna , say something. Don’t advertise ‘Spa’ incl on big rollups in reception lobby - see image . Gym nice but one bike has missing pedal straps. WiFi effectively not working in rooms .. and surprised to find layout of hotel effectively as terraced houses ..not part of main building . Not nice for solo women travellers. ‘Junior suite’ ok but no more and coffee /tea not refilled. Food of mediocre quality and no really nice place to chill .. main chill area by restaurant feels like a canteen.. /on a boat .. + bar in reception area. travelled round the world and stayed in many 4 star hotels . This one really struggles to be more than 3. Upside: staff lovely, big resort, lots of places to choose from and great activity programme, Dutch animation team lady great , entertainment good - Saturday singer Nikki fantastic and when shared feedback w management was offered access to VIP club.. I left after 7 days and moved to other hotel nearby .. had enough when WiFi key cutting out and nothing was done despite ‘we’ll send a technician to the room’ . Disappointing experience. Some way from the experience I’d been sold on here

This is a beautiful hotel, very well run with amazing staff and lovely surrounds. The rooms are large, spacious and spotlessly clean, and bathrooms are a very generous size too. The grounds are attractive and well kept, and really nice to walk around to enjoy the scenery and the natural beauty. This is predominantly a hotel guide for families with kids, but there are definitely areas where you can find peace and quiet, especially the Plaza pool where the setting is peaceful and idyllic. The food and drinks were fine, the wine on tap works too! It’s the staff that really make the hotel experience, all of them friendly and happy with a smile on their face and a greeting for you. Special thanks to Luisa on reception and to Georgia on Guest services who were both engaging and delightful.

It probably exceded our expectations the food and service was very good upgrading to my favourite club was a good move,the gym was adequate but the wellness centre needs some TLC broken beds and plunge pool and a broken water dispenser but all in all a good experience.

We have been coming to this place since about a decade. While it is noticeable that COVID and the global economic crisis have forced the administration to cut back on some services that made the former "Atlantis" an outstanding facility the rooms are still fabulous, food choices varied and delicious, and the proximity to Coralejo and the dunes perfect.

Resort is very good. We stayed in one of the suites next to the mini club. Rooms are very bright and modern. Cleaning is excellent. Rooms are well isolated and we really enjoyed our stay. The entire structure is huge and well maintained. It’s been designed for any kind of customer at any ages. The are different restaurants around the resort. Entertainment is present in the structure mostly on the main pool in the middle of the structure. A special thanks to The crew that have entertained us during our stay. A special thanks to Giovanni, the Italian crazy guy very funny always ready to have a laugh verall a very pleasant stay. Recommended

Fantastic trip. Hotel was beautifully kept and the staff were lovely. It was my birthday whilst I was away and they even left a happy birthday note in my room on the day. Excellent New Year’s Eve party as well, the best new year I’ve had in a very long time!

Booked for 3 nights - a unit for 2 bedroom suite. Was told at the reception to pay 170 euros more for the guest. Called Hotels.com they cleared that matter didnt have to pay anything extra. In my opinion the hotel should check with their team first before harassing the guest. Room wasnt ready till 5:00 PM. Room had a lot of bugs, not small ones but big cockroaches. Spoke to the hotel next day. They changed our room. The new room didnt have any bugs. Quite disappointed that no one acknowledged our troubles. They were very factual about the whole experience. No one bothered to follow up with us. No one cared how our rest of the stay went.

This was our second visit, and it was just as good as the first. Staff are very attentive and the animation team are brilliant. Stayed in the adults only area as we weren’t sure whether sun beds would run out in the main part of the resort, but this wasn’t a problem. Thanks for another great stay.

Lots of hassle at check-in & reception staff were not helpful; all other staff were fantastic; animation & bar staff especially.Facilities were perfect; food a bit samy after a few days.Not much outside of resort other than water park (very good) & harbour was nice.We stayed for 14days, in hindsight 10 would have been a better duration

Food a little repetitive, could use having a grab and go snack bar, where people round the pools could go to without getting fully dry and changed. Water on last day turned off meaning no shower before leaving. Other than that, good holiday.

I liked they had an “adults only” option so my room was on a quiet area as well as a pool and siting area.

The property was well run in every way, with lovely grounds, food service, and location in the town with easy access to the beautiful dunes and beaches nearby. The rooms were clean comfortable and modern. The only comment I would offer is that the swimming pools be just a couple of degrees warmer during the cooler season in January. We really loved our vacation.
