The hotel appears significantly outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms, corridors, and furnishings are visibly worn and in need of serious renovation. It does not offer value for the price charged.
However, there are two standout elements that keep the hotel from collapsing under its own shortcomings:
First, the outstanding efforts of Ms. Şerife and the Guest Relations team, whose commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.
Second, Tony’s captivating performances, which add a vibrant and memorable touch to the experience.
I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Şerife for her exceptional attention, kindness, and tireless dedication to ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
