Incredible property, everything feels brand new, smells amazing and the staff are so helpful and kind. The rooms and facilities are brilliant, very beautiful and the beaches and pools are amazing. Food is divine, this really is a special hotel!
Not enough separation between adults only and family areas. Children screaming and watching loud programmes on their iPads during dinner or at the beach are a real distraction. Some staff need training in how to deal with rude guests and parents who do not care about other guests‘ experience.
Everyone wants to enjoy their time but some families are incredibly selfish and let their children run amok across the estate. We were here for our anniversary and whilst our concerns were heard, we spent a good amount of time having to listen to kids programmes and loud music. Whatever happened to common decency?
Also some staff really need training on how to take drink orders and mix cocktails.

Новый отель . Все красиво , приятно, хавчик вкусный .
1. При приезде требовали- 1500 евро депозит наличкой
2. Жили на вилле. Ни разу не приехала багги за нами, хотя писали постоянн им в чат, так как идти пешком далеко. Сколько не писали , бесполезно . Безответственное отношение. Делали вечно вид , что по-русски не разговаривают.
3. Рестораны аля карт, все бесплатны кроме одного , попросили записать нас в 3 или 4 , записали в один на 22.00 вечера)) остальные вечно говорили , что не работают либо заняты.
