We spent a wonderful week at IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas with our large family of ten, including five children. We stayed in two villas, and it was probably the best family holiday we have ever had.
Now I understand why so many guests mention Nargiz in their reviews. She and Valeria did absolutely everything they could to make us feel like truly welcome and valued VIP guests — and we genuinely felt it throughout our stay. Their warmth, care and attention made our holiday very special.
Another service we particularly enjoyed was being able to request a buggy whenever we wanted to go to the beach or the main hotel building. It was incredibly convenient and great fun, especially for children.
We loved everything: the restaurants, the fantastic beach bar, the beautiful sea and the beach itself. What makes the villa area so different from many other hotels in Turkey is its peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There were always plenty of available sunbeds and tables, and it never felt crowded or hectic like the main hotel building sometimes can. That sense of privacy, space and tranquillity is what makes the villa concept so special.
Every single member of our family, from the grandmother to the youngest child, was incredibly happy. Thank you to Nargiz, Valeria and the whole team for an unforgettable holiday. We would love to return!

Food was fantastic on the villas side. The pools are great and the beaches are fantastic. The service is top notch and they truly do think of everything. We loved our stay

We had a wonderful experience staying at IC Santai Villas. We truly enjoyed our time there, especially the peaceful and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly attentive and always quick to make our wishes come true. A special thank you to Nergiz, who was so warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We would definitely love to come back! Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
