Parking was easy. We felt safe. Clean room but I think for the time of year there were some ants in the room. View was gorgeous. Barbara was so nice and welcoming. Clean rooms
The beds weren’t super comfy and the pillows were soo flat.

Property was great comfortable, we could cook our own meals. The pool is just a short walk, and was amazing. 10/10 for a Tuscany experience
