The staff was friendly and helpful no matter the time of day. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed four nights and I had no issues.

Everything was excellent, except there was very little water pressure, making the shower unpleasant.

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on the evening shift Friday night and Sat. Also, we had a problem with our reservation ( my fault) and the staff was very helpful and kind and took care of everything.
The breakfasts both days were the best I have found at hotels. Good quality food and variety, and the staff kept everything replenished.
If I ever get back to Rifle, I would definitely stay there!
My only concern was the bed pillows which were small and felt like a bag of rags.
