Escape to a peaceful guest studio on our working farm along the Colorado River, just minutes from coffee shops and restaurants in Silt, Colorado. Relax in your private sauna, enjoy river access, and fish off the dock while surrounded by goats, chickens, and our Jersey milk cow. Experience a quiet country setting with beautiful views, fresh air, and the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and convenience.

Private Sauna
Use sauna at your own risk.
Please turn sauna OFF after each use.

Enjoy the goats, chickens, and milk cow — they love visitors!
Please do not feed animals unless approved.
Children must be supervised around animals at all times.
Keep gates closed.
River & Dock
Use river and dock at your own risk.
Children must be supervised near water.
Fishing is welcome — please respect wildlife and clean up after use.
