Lobby smelled resoundingly of bleach and chlorine

We could not sleep as there was some noise from the plumbing behind the wall. It was like someone was flushing a toilet ever 2 min and the tank was refilling. Constant and all night we gave up trying to sleep and left at 5 am before breakfast. It was a Fri night no service staff were at the Hotel.
Noise made it impossible to sleep.
