Beds. Front desk personnel
I didn’t like the fact I hadn’t stayed in a Candlewood property before this.

The staff was very friendly even when our check-in was at 11:30 pm they were ready for us.
Nothing to complain about

The overall concept is very nice. The room was clean.
The room setup. Why put the bed pretty much against the wall on the one side. Also the mattress needs to be replaced. It has a dent in the middle causing you to roll there. I know you can’t control others but I had difficulty getting to sleep due to loud TV’s and other noises. Then I was woken up by guests leaving and allowing their doors to slam as well as what sounded like suitcases or coolers being dragged down the stairs. Not to mention the car horns when locking their vehicles. So overall it wasn’t a good experience.
