Friendly staff. Convenient room. Decent room value. Breakfast was good.
Pet fee extremely high. $40
Tiny mini frig is on the floor. Had to get on knees to get into it. Freezer has no door so everything on next shelf froze.
Bed pillows are hard and horrible.

We were there for one short night after a late flight. We got a very good price with a last minute booking on Booking.com. The room was comfortable, AC was quiet, bathroom clean. Beds were comfortable with adequate pillows.
First impressions count-the lobby carpet and furniture were dated, torn and dirty. That made me suspicious that the room would not be clean. This fortunately was not true for the bathroom and beds but I still did not trust the cleanliness of the carpet. We did see staff working hard on the hardwood floors and the bathrooms on the main level. Management-time for an update to improve first impressions.
