The front desk receptionists for very positive and welcoming. She was there when we arrived and departed. We have stayed her before. Previously the front desk help was male, not inviting and hardly spoke English.

The location
Well, we got in the room. There was a mouse in the rooom. We’ve had to ask for another room. But after that experience, I had a hard time sleeping.
