My stay at Fairfield was a great stay from time of check in til check out the receptionist was a great host the room was amazing the breakfast was great even the lady that prepared the breakfast and made sure everything was out and stocked was great I would most definitely stay here again

The staff was very helpful and even helped us get a room with a Kingsized bed when the app said it wasn’t available. Very clean! Bed was comfortable! Close to the interstate. Nice view. Breakfast was limited but plenty! Would NOT recommend the Waffle House that is close by.

Enjoyed our stay here. Check in and out was perfect and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issues we had was trucks blocking the entrance waiting to fuel up at a gas station below the hotel.

The room was tiny, furniture beat up, heat would not turn on and off automatically, the TV controller didn’t work. I have higher expectations of Marriott hotels. Might as well stayed at a motel 6 for a fraction of the price.

Overall the cleanliness was good. Several times the elevator had food dropped in the corners. Biggest “complaint” was the delay of opening the indoor pool that was being shocked with chlorine and later had to be delayed for weather. When we got to the pool the chlorine was so strong people were having to leave from it burning their eyes and giving a headache. All the staff were so kind and helpful, one manager even lent me her own personal lint roller! Would stay again for sure.

The employees from the front desk to the breakfast crew were friendly and helpful. The girl at the desk even moved her car so we could conviently park right out front cause we had a long trailor! Everything was clean and there were recycling bins everywhere. We got there at night but in the morning it was a beautiful view! Breakfast was the best I have had in a long time for a free breakfast. Spinach quiche, bacon, oatmeal with all sorts of fixings, oat milk, waffles, hard boiled eggs, english muffins, bagels, cereal and juices! My only complaint is the strong smell of bleach! And reason for the 4 star. There were multiple complaints of this in the reviews. It was hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. Wish the eatablishment would read these reviews and act upon that! For this reason alone I will probably never stay there again. I was there to sleep. Get your act together and pay attention to what people are saying. Cause it seems they are doing everything else right!!!

Our room had bedbugs and we got bitten - it’s so gross. I told the girl at the front desk the room needs to be fumigated. She initiated a return of our money.

The property itself is located on a hill overlooking the mountains and it's easy to spot from i24. The hotel lobby really nice and the staffs really helpful. The rooms seemed renovated but has a smell that's from the a/c or the carpet but the carpet throughout the hotel looked clean.The hotel staff is very helpful and their beds are really comfortable I've slept in longer here then at my home. The parking is ok if your back early but if you come back in the late evening none will be available. I noticed that their are two hotels Hampton inn and Fairfield both one and front of the other but parking is somewhat together. There need to be some limitations on parking because I noticed guests with big trucks pulling luggage trailers and sometimes cars but vehicles like this take up few parking space.

The smell of bleach on the bedding and in the room made my eyes and nose burn. The bed was so uncomfortable I had to sleep in my car

Pretty average. King bed Room was kind of smaller than I’m used to.
3rd floor room facing the Highway. Lots of road noise. Room underneath me must have had their heat on 75, it got up to 74 in my room on a 50 degree night, had to turn the AC on at 4am. The people above were heavy walkers, sounded like they were stomping around at night and in the morning. Didn’t get much sleep here which is my highest priority on the road. I was a little surprised based on the high rating of this place.
