Easy check in. Clean room but could use renovation/update. Great location. Free parking. Restaurant on premises still closed for the season. There were 5 floors. We were on second floor oceanfront- it was noisy- noise coming from the boardwalk walkers. Hard to sleep with the noise, i cannot imagine how it is during peak summer season. I asked to be assigned to a higher floor but clerk said they put the one-nighters on 2nd floor- i was too tired to argue. Excellent unobstructed view of the ocean.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean, quiet and we had free onsite parking. The room was cleaned everyday. I forgot to pack toothpaste and the front desk had some there! I would definitely stay here again. Close 2 everything. Only hiccups was it got pretty busy at the front desk and there was a line because theres only 1 person working the desk and the cable kept saying signal lost. I tried to use my phone instead but those aren't smart tvs in the room.

Our stay was too short but our room with 2 queen beds ocean front and it was excellent. Most likely will book this again for a long weekend stay. Staff was very friendly

The property itself is good. The rooms aere nice. The problem was some smoking pot in both of the rooms beside ours. At one point the whole floor smelled of it the minute the elevator doors opened.

I left early. I wasn’t expecting much as it was just me traveling solo for as cheap as possible just for the weekend. The sheets were dirty and stained, the shower was unclean and clogged, most of the outlets didn’t work, and I didn’t want to walk barefoot on the floors. After I ripped apart and remade the bed and noticing every sheet had hair or a stain I decided I wouldn’t be able to sleep here again and felt gross that I had slept here the night before. I really regret staying here.

Hotel proprty was nice qith great views of the beach. We got a off season rate which helped make up for the troubles (didnt make complaint at hotel). First, no room service, never been to a hotel that didnt have room service daily, no clean rowels, no fresh made beds daily. Sexond, the ants were so bad we had to buy ant killer at store. Third, the balacony doors wouldnt lock and the screen was busted on the balacony screen door so couldnt open for freah air. Forth, the bathroom had mold by the base of tub. Last, the beds were so hard it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

When we first arrived, we had family stayjng there as well with us in different rooms and my family ran into some trouble with an A.C. unit in their room, but they quickly accommodated us and moved my family to a more convinient room. The Elevators are extremely convenient, and they explain in the elevators where everything is located on each floor. The Bar was open, but the restaurant was closed due to the season, so we enjoyed being able to go at least sit at the bar. Everything seemed great, but we found it a little odd that you couldn't even smoke on the boucony's. Im not a smoker, but my husband likes his cigars, so that's a little inconvenient.

Room was very filthy. Little to none of the electrical outlets worked as well as the tv. Dust, dirt and cobwebs throughout the room and stained sheets. The front desk employees were not kind or helpful. Was made to feel as a burden when they had to get off their phone to help me check In and out.

Staff was pretty good. Room had a few issues, but nothing that disrupted the trip. Please work harder to stop the weed users in the hotel. Annoying smell was a bit much at times. Overall decent value. Would stay here again.

For $400 a night I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the room. The tub was black and had numerous rust holes in the bottom of the tub from the constantly leaking shower. We had to put a towel on the bottom of the shower to use it. The shelf and toilet paper holder were broken. The mini fridge smelled like someone left a dead fish in there for a week. The worst part were all the bug bites my husband got. I understand its Ocean City and many of the hotels are run down and only 2 star facilities, however, I felt like all of these issues are easily resolved. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk she said they were probably sand fleas and would mention it to the cleaning staff. I was very disappointed in their lack of resolution. I will not be returning to this establishment.

We were pleased with the check in and with the room itself. However, about thirty minutes after we got settled, an alarm panel in the hallway outside of our room started going off. We went to the front desk and were told there was nothing they could do. Another guest came to complain as well and the desk clerk came to temporarily silence the alarm. She told us it may stop or it may start again. About 15 minutes later, it started again. A third guest said she was there the night before and it had done the same thing all night. The clerk came again. She said she could silence it again, but it would just come back on. We asked if we could be moved. She said yes but only to the room two doors down. This is late September at the beach, and the hotel’s parking lot was practically empty. We ultimately gave up, but we weren’t able to sleep. When we checked out, I nicely tried to tell the clerk that was on duty. She said she was aware of the problem. It was the alarm company’s responsibility, and they couldn’t fix it. It had been going on off and on since the summer. Then why are they continuing to put people in those rooms? This was, hands down, my worst experience in a hotel. I didn’t need it to have all the bells and whistles. I just needed a place to sleep, and they failed miserably. I did try to send an email to the hotel’s management company, but the email listed on their website is invalid.

Fleabag, filthy, loud partying throughout the night. Room had stained sheets, tiles missing, gouged walls, towels were damp/threadbare, excrement left on tolilet, coffeemaker dirty, floors not swept. Loud partying/drinking in next room, mgmt would not do anything and got cursed at in Spanish when asked to keep quiet. Security doors left open with people using all night. Left one day early. Will never return to OC again.

I was an inconvenience. The girl at check in was not friendly at all. It was late. There was a problem getting reservation and they weren't interested in fixing the problem. Hotels.com was amazing getting me into another hotel (Fairfield Inn) with both going beyond my expectations!
