Nice stay. The hotel was very clean and the people working there were very nice. Had a lot of good amenities and being on Canal st made getting around very easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in New Orleans, the hotel is very convenient for Bourbon Street and The French Quarter but far enough not to suffer any noise at night. The concierge was very helpful with his suggestions for things to do and places to eat, a lovely chap.

I recently stayed at The Saint Hotel in New Orleans for my wedding weekend in the French Quarter, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering our room on the second day as newlyweds, we were shocked to find that the beds were unmade and the room hadn't been cleaned. There was a note on the bed claiming they couldn't make it because our belongings were on it (a shirt and pair of jeans), which we understood. However, what we couldn't comprehend was why the trash from the night before our wedding hadn't been emptied. We promptly called the front desk to request housekeeping, but after leaving for a few hours and returning, the room remained untouched. This lack of response was unacceptable, especially on such an important occasion. To add insult to injury, on our wedding night, we went out for a nice dinner only to return and find our car, which had been valeted earlier that morning, parked in front of the hotel as if it were waiting to be picked up. We spoke with the valet, who directed us to the front desk, where we were informed that a guest had called for the car. This situation left us feeling uneasy, as we couldn't shake the feeling that our car may have been taken for a joyride. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service we received at The Saint Hotel. As frequent guests of the Marriott chain, we expected much more. This experience has left us questioning whether we will choose to stay at a Marriott property in the future.

Great location, room was nice, lots of things less than .04 miles from the hotel. Staff was ok, they look like they were mad all the time, we did not feel welcome.

I would call for items that I needed and they told me I would have to come downstairs to pick them up and that they don’t bring them to your room because they are understaffed. For the cost of the rooms, I would expect the basics.

Right off Bourbon Street. Trolley stop at the corner. Everything we Needed was in walking distance. Check in was smooth. All the Employees were pleasant. Door man, valet, bar and restaurant. They were always cleaning the lobby. Great place to stay.

Do not stay at this hotel. I stayed 2 nites over NYE and my door would not open. i was locked in my room, out of my room and had to wait on the employees or maintenance man to open the door so many times.

Great stay but spilled water on the bed and they didn’t give new sheets or an extra towel to clean it up. It was just a lazy person at the front desk is what I thought. It was good besides that.

Tried calling for several hours but found out the phones were down when I got there - everyone was super nice - the toilet was running the entire time even though I tried to fix it - the light switch fell off the wall - but all in all it was right by the Saenger and shopping so I’d stay again.

The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. I was a little disappointed with the standing water in the shower. The bed was 100 stars! The best sleep I’ve had in months. I don’t think it was fully worth the price….however I slept well and had a decent stay. There’s a refrigerator but you can’t use because it’s a minibar. The receptionists were all so pleasant and helpful. I’d stay again.

Short walk to Saenger Theater, which was our goal. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that there was no place to get food or even a snack after 9 pm.

My daughter and I were in town to see a show at the Saengar Theater and stayed at The Saint Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful during out stay. The hotel was beautiful and within walking distance to many great restaurants/locations. We will definitely stay again!

My oldest daughter was getting married on November 11th so we arrived with my wife and youngest son...the desk personnel was rude. I introduced myself and she barely spoke. I told her that I had pre-paid with my corporate card but she ignored my statement and preceeded to put a $1900 charge deposit on my card anyway. Ridiculous and without any explanation. Moreover you kept calling me Mr. Lawrence when the registration was clearly listed as Dr. Lawrence. Not pleasant. The room was fine. Wedding was great. Rest of the trip was awesome.

My experience there was top notch from arrival to departure and all interaction in between. Candy the front desk agent who assisted me was great and Errol whom I interacted with intermittently during my stay was a fantastic example of a great attitude and a true guest service agent. Stellar staff across the board!

Stayed over the week of Halloween. It was such a beautiful stay. It was so close to the hustle and bustle, but still so very quiet, safe and clean. The staff was just wonderful and so on top of everything. Definitely will be back!

Great location. The room was good size, but needs some updating, and new/cleaning of carpets. I stepped on a nail where the carpet was coming away from the entrance to the bathroom.
