Amanda was friendly and accommodating. A/C in Rm116 was very loud. We were told breakfast would cook eggs to order but that wasn’t the case. Don’t misinterpret it’s a nice place to stay right in the heart of the downtown!

The property is well maintained but overpriced. The room didn’t have the amenities that are typical in a room these days. No fridge no coffee. Breakfast buffet is much better at other hotels.

The room condition was good but a fridge and coffee machine should have been available given the $$ I spent. The ac in the room was extremely noisy.

Very poor consideration of our request for a later check out from one of their 2 Roma. We were told there was no one booked the room this day. However to stay past 10:00am would cost $50.00 for a few hours. Super tacky!!!!!!!7

This building is old and way off level, everything is at a slant. Pictures made the rooms look better than they were, at least the one we were placed in. Scenery is beautiful from the windows though, the pub downstairs was good, and it is very centrally located around downtown shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was pretty decent too. Parking can be tricky at times.

When we arrived the temperatures were very hot and e were put into room 224 which had no air conditioning. We mentioned this to the front desk but no room change was offered. It was a hot night. Also we had asked for a room teaching the street but were given a room facing the train activity all night long. It was a disaster and will no long stay at this hotel when passing through.

Pros: cleanliness, friendly staff, free breakfast and good location. We also have a bit of a view of the mountains which was very nice. Cons: room needs updating, no fridge or coffee maker in room. The room that was given to us was in the corner so our first night was very noisy with traffic and people. The water pressure was low and it can be very hot or very cold. The closet door was broken and they placed the tv in a very odd location.

The Regent has a great atmosphere. The location is super - in the middle of downtown, but still quiet. Super friendly staff. We travelled with 2 teenagers, who loved the gym - and all of us enjoyed the sauna. Definitely to recommend!

Hotel looked from a different time but without feeling run down. Most things seemed updated even down to the key cards. Staff was great. Amenities were plentiful. The only negative I have is that you can hear when someone coughs in another room. The walls seem pretty slim.
