Nothing good at all

Some areas are with mode. The things supply for hotel guests are lacking and inconvenient for guests! Even small thing, that other hotels provide for their guests, this hotel has the guests to pay for it or them!!! Really disappointed!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hong Kong with my wife, and while the location is decent, I feel compelled to share some aspects that might impact the experience for fellow travelers, especially those visiting for a short time. The hotel's proximity to the metro station is convenient, but for first-time tourists like myself, it became apparent that the central tourist attractions were at least a 30-minute train ride away. Despite choosing this place for its affordability and seemingly decent online reviews, there are several reasons I hesitate to recommend it. Firstly, the rooms are incredibly small, which is tolerable, but their neglected state and apparent lack of cleanliness were concerning. Upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel provided bath towels, but they were closer in size to hand towels. When we inquired at the reception for larger towels, we were informed that those were the standard size, and if we wanted larger ones, we'd have to purchase them from a vending machine within the hotel. This was unexpected and inconvenient. Furthermore, the absence of basic amenities was surprising. There wasn't even hand soap in the room, which is a minimal expectation even in more modest accommodations. I want to acknowledge the positive aspect of the stay—the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by these shortcomings. The hotel now only provides thin disposable bath towels made of paper-like less absorbent material instead of cotton. It’s very uncomfortable, ineffective, and environmentally unfriendly. What’s worse, though they admit it’s not reusable, they only replace two bath towels every three days. In other words, they don’t think you need to shower every day. It doesn’t seem a good idea even in winter in Hong Kong. I requested it to be changed but had to call three times and wait for over 25 minutes before they replace it for me. Since I used to stay at the property frequently I made a complaint to the staff. Unfortunately he said it was their policy so I don’t like it I can stay somewhere else I prefer in the future.

The walls are paper thin and the bed was really hard. But it was clean and safe. You get what you pay for.

No big towel / no slippers / no tooth brush provided for hotel room guest. Need to purchase from the machine at lobby or pay extra. This is not too user friendly, should be providing at least one set as basic. Also, only one elevator is functioning during check out time. Poor management on such maintenance services as should assign during non-peak hour.

No bath towel provided. No amenities. Staff are not active. Bad customer service. No smile at all.

Hotel keeping very Clean. Same as the photos when I searching from hotels.com. Thanks Chris & all the girls especially the cleaning staff. She was very polite with greeting every day.

simple and reasonable

Reasonably clean room but small with very basic facilities, e.g. no drinking water. Some noise from pipes.

could have bigger toilet towells

Location is great for shopping around. Property needs maintenance and cleaning. Room was not clean. Toilet bowl bottom is brown tinted that I never seen in hotels before and finger prints were all over…. Floor has straunge holes. Wall are cracking. Etc. Not sure if it was even cleaned. No tooth blush. No tissue. No bath towels provided. Only small face towels. No hand soaps. So at the need you had to go outside and buy them all. So better pay little more money and stay other hotels around. Acoustic are bad and you can hear next door conversations. Water splash from upstairs can be heard. Also elevator noise can be heard. Will not stay again.

I like my room is clean. They clean my room everyday. The area is so convenient and safe. I will come back.

Ok but not enough amenities

Location is about all this hotel has going for it to be honest. The front desk staff didn’t seem interested at all to address any concerns we had, the maids and housekeepers were lovely! So they get all our praise! The building is very dingy and really needs a lick of paint! The bedroom, where do i start, Mini is an understatement when it comes to the room and bathroom 😅 wish there was some kind of foldable table that we could use as there was only 1 really small table to put stuff on so we had to resort to using the side of the bed! One thing I was astounded with was the fact the hotel doesn’t have bath towels!! How crazy! They only provide disposable bath towels Which don’t dry you at all! It just turns into a wet cloth. For Hong Kong this hotel is cheap so to be expected, but really not worth what you pay for is what you get. Additionally walls are extremely thin! So you can hear everything from your neighbours including toilets, talking, TVs and Sex at 3 am 😅

Daily housekeeping done but aircon was very cold n blowing directly. Only got paper cups, no mugs. Overall, very good for the price paid.

Stayed this mini hotel 3rd time due to it convenience location , mini but clean .only negative point is I do not like the ceiling, feel dirty due to it feature .

Better if more maintenance for in room features

Excellent location and friendly service. The small room size is expected and not an issue for me. Rooms are in great conditions. Would stay again on the next short trip.

Good value and good location

If you're just looking for a bed to sleep in, it does the job. No amenities or water, so bring your own. There is a vending machine in lobby for essentials like toothbrush. For some reason during my stay, the G/F door was not accessible by elevator. You can only exit and enter via staircase to get to basement for the elevator to your room. For those who are low maintenance and simply need a bed, this is good for its value. Super convenient location close enough to minibus, MTR, tram.

I was a bit shock when I see the condition of the room. The location is perfect.

THe room has not been cleaned for so long i believe, as i found bug on the bed, and it makes my body so itchy the whole night.

not even provide water, toothbrushes or slippers in the room.
