This is a wonderful hotel! It’s clean and tidy and the beds and pillows are very comfortable! Staff is very nice and helpful! Only downside is it doesn’t have a great breakfast, just danishes and microwave sandwiches or cereal but I stay here a lot and will continue staying here every time I’m near Berne!

Was no one working the counter you talked to a person on a video call, it still worked fine. Only complaint I have is the about the soap and shampoo. Definitely bring your own, bar of soap is so thin it just falls apart and shampoo barely has any suds. Other than that was an excellent stay.
