Overall room was clean but bathroom in the shower there was mold and some paint was coming off wall.

Great location for visiting friends in Sugar Land!

Didn’t like not getting a key when I checked in, requested housekeeping and didn’t get service until the next day

It was great. However when I arrived the key thing wasn’t working and when I went for a bit, I had to wait to get walked each time.

The staff at check-in was great. She was kind and helpful. She is a great asset. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that there was a significant amount of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom around the area of the shower. Other than that the property was beautiful and well maintained.

booked through expedia. upon check in was told expedia had not paid. had to pay again. phone tag to correct. Air conditioner did not cool.

The room itself was good but THE KEY DID NOT WORK. SO MANY TIMES, I HAD TO GO DOWNSTAIRS TO GET A NEW KEY...check with the front desk. Just imagine I was not properly dressed and had to get back to my room quickly...awwww. I ended up getting another room BUT STILL SAME ISSUE

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Hotel lobby and pool area was very clean. Definitely on our list for next time!

As always, Hampton didn’t disappoint- safe area, great service, very clean, comfortable beds & excellent breakfast (one of things we love most about Hampton) That said, we do have two criticisms of this particular Hampton. The room furniture was in surprisingly poor condition. (I took pictures) the lamp had been scratch and the surface layer completely worn off in big patches & the chair fabric looked like a cat got to it. It was really torn up. Also the outdoor pool area hadn’t been picked up and had an overflowing trash can. The water had been heated to be so warm it was like getting in a hot tub- not refreshing after a hot summer day in Houston. We try to exclusively stay in the Hampton. It has always felt like luxury we can afford that is always consistent when we travel. This one was still comfortable but it was the first place we’ve ever had any complaints about. We were surprised.

Clean, modern, near entertainment.

When we first checked in the room they gave us 211 wasn’t ready even though it was check in time. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean and stocked so we went to the front desk and told Jaida that we were going out and could we please get another room when we returned. She said yes. We went out for several hours and when we returned she gave us room 104. Seemed nice so we accepted the room and went to bed for the evening. Upon waking the mattress was a bit askew and I could see the bed skirt underneath and it had large seamen stains. I mean very large. So large it would be impossible to miss while changing the sheets which I then wondered if they were clean. Needless to say we were completely disgusted. Took pictures and showed to Jaida. She said she could do nothing since I booked through you but to contact the general manager the next day, today and I did. She said to email her the picture which I did and if you contacted her she would add to my defense. I’m hoping you actually read these reviews and refund my money. It would be adding insult to injury to have to pay to sleep in such a disgusting place.

Cleanliness is not on their top priority, the grounds have trash all over land scape is overgrown and covers sidewalk. Pool looks “clean” but not worth trying it. Rooms were ok, things were broken, missing or not working. Not worth what I paid for it.

They will not clean your room apparently only if asked. I even had to ask for hand soap! Every time I left my room I saw trash piled in front of other rooms which would stay there for several hours if not overnight. Staff was friendly, just not accommodating.

No hand soap, had to use the shampoo in the shower. Toilet too low. No bottle cap opener on property. Other than these inconveniences, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Locations was great, but hotel room and premise were dirty and many run-down things about it. Seemed they needed to hire a new maintenance crew or something. Our heavy shower door felt like it was going to fall off the hinges any moment and crush us, the room had hairballs on the floor when we first entered along with no soaps or towels or coffee items. The outside near the pool was gross with tons of cigarette butts everywhere, spilled food and drinks on the tables, chairs and floors, and the fountain was broken and filled with dirty water that looked hazardous if a child fell in on accident.

I made the reservation for my stepmom who was visiting from Atlanta for the weekend. She said that overall her stay was pleasant but her room was not cleaned the entire time she was there. She had to make her own bed, empty the trash and never received fresh towels. She told me that she called the front desk to request clean towels but no one ever brought them.

The room could of been more clean,there was black mold on ceiling in shower, mold under soap dish in shower, mirror in bathroom was dirty, they ran out of towels. We checked in Friday and did not get fresh towels until Sunday evening, guest was buying and washing their own towels.

It's always clean and quiet.
