This hotel was "under construction" the hallways were filthy, the elevator floors were nasty. The smoke alarm was not attached. Im not sure what was in my AC unit. The towels were stained.

Room a/c didn’t cool, the floors were sticky with some kind of residue; smelled of pet urine; the towel had stains on it and one towel had been left on the back of the door from the previous guest. Hotel was under renovation but the 2nd room they moved us to wasn’t much better. Our room also didn’t get cleaned the next day, and we asked for an extra blanket since there weren’t any in the room…none were available.

Location good. The hotel is in need of major upgrades. Even though they are currently under construction I would not return until completion. Not because of the construction but the rooms need help

Booked two nights, disappointed. Most of the hotel was being renovated. #1 No breakfast even though it stated hot breakfast included. #2 while my room was ‘renovated’ it was falling apart. #3 no hot water in the shower. And #4 the drain to the shower did not work correctly… all in all a very bad selection for a stay. Choose something else, anything else.

No staff availabile at counter to answer to customer at 6:30 am Staff not willing to help in providing towels since room was not cleaned Denied talking to manager. Later claimed that he is a manager and owner which lies. Room was not cleaned even remind at front desk before leave hotel premises. Hotel was on construction but did not mention on Expedia. Hotel room is very small and not convenient

I will preface this by saying we were in town for one night for my grandfather's funeral. The hotel was closest to their home therefore the commute time was ideal. The hotel was 7nder renovations which we knew as well based on the reviews but not one outlet in the room worked. Also as we were leaving there was an older gentleman standing outside our door, my boys walked out first and he was looking in to see if there was anyone else and I came out, his eyes bulging as if he wasn't expecting me and I asked "Excuse me, can I help you" and he immediately rushed around the corner and into his room! I'm sorry but it's a no for me!

They are undergoing some renovations, so the inside wasn't appealing. The room was clean and organized well. I think it's a good place to stay if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and wash up, I wouldn't to stay there with my family or if I'm on vacation.

This hotel had limited resources nearby. The beds were new but placed on a metal frame that made turning over at night a complete horror. The bathroom was not prime but functional. The complimentary breakfast was very limited.

Very old Hotel but was under construction so the downstairs area was completely undone. Elevator was shaken and cracking so very disturbing…didn’t want to get on. Rooms are incredibly small and not as nice as the pictures would make you think. Ended up checking out an hour after we arrived.

Parking was easy, the parking area was very well lit, and there was plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and nice and the outside of the property was clean and well kept. The lobby smelled musky, only one elevator worked and the one that did work was super dirty. The fitness center was closed due to remodeling and the breakfast was just cereal and hard muffins. The sheets where all stained and the floor was sticky. TV remote didn't work and the sprinkler system in the rooms where all covered with tape.

I loved staying at the La Quinta by Hobby airport so I decided to try a different location. As soon as I enter the hotel, I could smell the foul wetness of it but I thought nothing. Called ahead of time to make sure to get the first floor but they failed to tell me they were renovating it, I would had cancel the trip then. Got lodged at the 3rd floor and it wasn’t easy getting my dog down. On top of the moldy like smell in the hotel and my room closet, the third floor occupants decided to have a weed party thinking a little air spray will mask the smell. I had an horrible night and my larynx got infected with allergens. I checked out the morning from a booking of 3 days. They refunded me the remaining 2 days but I can’t help but feel I got tricked. I shouldn’t have to pay at all for an awful night, especially being sick. My voice has been gone since yesterday. I’ve been coughing up phlegm and surely may not be able to work. I even took a picture of a cigarette pack in the elevator.

Our stay at La Quinta was anything but good! Several complaints.....the bathroom had a horrible shower head, no dry mat for outside the tub, no blow dryer and the lighting sucks! The room had horrible temperature control which in turn led to a hot and restless night.....along with a bed that was very uncomfortable....the mattress was way to hard. This was the worst night ever! I can't believe the remodel took so long and they couldn't spring for better mattresses! Oh well back to the HAMPTON!!!

Common areas very worn. Room was sweating with moist ceilings and slippery floors. Window shade could not be operated and properly closed. On a positive note, excellent hot water. I also hate having to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper because you start with a minimum left on a used roll with no backup in the room.

I stay 3 days with my wife, room was okay but after 2 days i requested the receptionist to have someone to clean my room and replace the towels and bed sheets she said okay but nothing was done. Good price but now i see why.

I was assigned a room and when I opened the door there was a couple in bed. As shocked as I was. Terrifying. I quickly left and went to the front desk to advise. Stoic clerk offered no apology or explanation. Simply proceeded to give me another room. Like it was no big deal or surprise. People get shot this way. Terrifying. She took no responsibility and just didn’t care. Amazing.

This place is a joke. It’s more like a truckers stay over weekly . Nothing was clean went to two rooms . I couldn’t even walk without shoes. Breakfast was slim and no towels even in the room. I will NOT recommend to anyone
