Won't be back again!!!

The front desk female for Sunday morning was very nice and apologetic as the hotel did not have any face or hand towels.

We only had one face towel in the room, and I reserved a non-smoking room for 2 people for one night. Housekeeping was not available, and the front desk did not have any face or hand towels and no pillowcases. The room was cold, and we couldn't turn the air down. The room smelled like smoke and the smell was in the sheets and pillowcases. The smoke detector was covered with masking tape. I wrote a brief review earlier. I believe I stated we were in room 124. I woke up with a sore throat and was coughing. THIS HOTEL GAVE MY DAUGHTER AND ME COVID. I wear a mask everywhere and this is our first time catching Covid. The microwave was rusted on the inside. I was afraid to warm my food in it. The bathtub had rust spots in it and the paint was peeling. The curtain was hanging from the window and did not have a rod to pull it back. I have stayed at the Extended Stay in Memphis, TN a couple of times and was pleased with it. I am so disappointed in this chain and now am very careful about looking at ratings before I book with any more Priceline hotels.

everything our rooms weren’t clean the first room they gave us was never cleaned from the day before. the second room was barely cleaned. the bathroom had mold. the cabinets in the room had mold and water damage. the list goes on and on.

The location

Weed smell in lobby, funny odor in room, bed was uncomfortable, side door wouldn’t unlock with room key. There was no remote for tv, A/C was loud, batteries in smoke alarm low & elevator floors were dirty. When hotel staff came to my room to bring tv remote & replace batteries for smoke alarm, his daughter & wife accompanied him which was awkward & odd! This shouldn’t be allowed.

The property was close to where I needed to be.

The hotel dated and needs to be renovated. In the room which I was staying the laminate was peeling away from the particleboard drawer. The kitchenette was not thoroughly cleaned, and the refrigerator still had food stains from previous occupants.

Roaches,trash,loud noises I Dnt Recommend This Hotel!

The first room they sold me hadn't been cleaned. The sheets were taken off tye bed and thrown on the desk,the room smelt horrible. I client complained about it. I was given another room with no problem. I entered that room to an strange unsanitized smell.Not to mention the extra loud bumps,thumps and doors or something banging against something the entire not. To top it off I seen literally 4 to 5 roaches within my one night stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone except a person who absolutely has no where is to turn to and this was their last option. I'LL NEVER RENT ANOTHER ROOM HERE, BETTER YET THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME A COMPLIMENTARY STAY. WORSE Stay Ever
