We checked in basically in the middle of the night. The person who checked us in was a peach! She was so friendly and got us checked right in. She was so friendly and got us checked in at 2 AM. The room was amazing as always and we got coffee at night and the lady was so kind!!!

I booked a king suite but ended up with two queen beds. We got snowed in there and nothing special for us that couldn’t get home.

They don’t except debt cards. If you only have that than it is a 50 dollar extra charge!

We’ve stayed multiple nights here. It’s a very clean, well kept and festive hotel. The staff is always great as well

Clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and easy facilities to navigate. No elevator so be sure to request ground floor if you do not do stairs.

An overnight stay so wasn't there for very long. The room was very large and comfortable, lots of outlets. I didn't use the wifi. The breakfast choices were more than adequate, including scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, etc. My unit faced the highway but was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only down side to this hotel is they have 2 floors, but no elevator. Fortunately they were able to give us a 1st floor room. Everything else was very good.

Nice place to stay. Room was great and the beds comfortable. Finally got a good sleep since it was hard as a rock. Nice view and breakfast in the morning. Quiet. No loud doors.

Loved our stay here! Rooms were very clean, up to date, well stocked with towels, staff was super nice. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling!

The room was clean and maid service was good. However, the staff that was present when we checked in and out was gruff and unfriendly. Also, the jets on the spa were not working and managerial staff came and shut it down while we were using it. We thought that was rude. We had paid for two nights and were only allowed to use it briefly.

The hotel is clean and located in a convenient location. Price was reasonable and facilities were clean.
Breakfast wasn't as good as it should have been compared to other hotels offering the same service.

Would have had a higher rating, but the front desk staff was not friendly. One lady in particular was there at check-in and check-out and never smiled. She just went through the motions. Motel was otherwise good, except for the smell of cattle from the truck stop next door. That smell did not come into the room.

Constantly saw staff cleaning things that other hotels may look over. Friendly and enjoyable stay. Hot tub was nice but seemed to be kinda weak on pressure, probably just needs maintenance.

Great property, staff are very kind and enjoyable to converse with. My biggest issue was the indoor pool. The water was FREEZING cold! Not sure why they keep it so cold, it wasn’t enjoyable to be in at all. The hot tub however was wonderful! Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. Overall a great stay!

I'd never heard of this hotel but it is equivalent to something like a Marriott. Nice, clean, comfortable. The breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy...way better than many other chain hotels.

Property and room was clean, breakfast was decent, swimming pool was ice cold, hot tub was warm-ish and jets didnt work, the whole pool room made your eyes burn without touching the water from all the chlorine, no towels available. The staff was okay, when we asked for anything they would get it, it would just be a wait, they had no rush on anything so a lot of waiting for what we would ask for(bathroom door locked in pool area to be unlocked, more sausage at breakfast time, towels in pool area). I would stay again if i had to because theres not much competition in broken bow, but i wouldnt be happy about it.

Being stranded in a blizzard is no fun, but the accommodations and ESPECIALLY the staff were amazing!! They took such great care of everything for the 3 days we were stranded with our vehicle in a snow bank off the road. TOTALLY THUMBS UP!!

We had a great stay here! The only thing of note is that there's no elevator, so be sure to ask for first floor if you can't do stairs or have a lot of luggage.
