When we arrived there was not a room available. I had booked this months ago and paid for it. The convenience of being within walking distance to our event made this location perfect. The representative said that they had secured us a room at another hotel right down the road. Ha! It was 7 miles in the opposite direction. Once arrival at the second hotel we were informed that there was not a room for us. They were waiting for people from the homeless shelter. Come to find out we were those people. The room was a king not a suite for 4 people. The third hotel we were sent to Hilton Garden Inn was very accommodating. They put us in two rooms as that was what was available. Nice room, great staff.

Overall great. Pillows were really flat with hardly any padding inside. Almost like sleeping without a pillow. Other than that all was good.

Excellent staff at front desk and breakfast. We have stayed here for 3 trips for the marathon weekend and enjoyed each stay. Good location.

The room met my needs but was nothing spectacular. The staff were friendly. The room was just okay. There were smudges on the walls in the bathroom that looked like they had tried to clean but were still noticeable. Location was good and walking distance to Publix and a few restaurants. The parking deck wasn’t terrible as some had mentioned in other reviews. Breakfast was filling but didn’t have many options.

Way overpriced. Can tell companies and travel nurses are driving up the price. The appliances in the suites are very noisy and in need of upkeep. The shower had mold.

We enjoyed our weekend at the hotel. Parking in the garage actually worked out easier than we thought it would-elevators made it quick. Hotel is walkable to several nearby highly regarded restaurants such as dominion south which we highly recommend-trust me you will need to walk after eating here. Publix right next door was convenient and there is a great Mexican quick serve place in the immediate area as well. Downtown is about a 15 minute drive from most major attraction areas and the roads are easy to navigate and weren’t very crowded. Breakfast at the hotel was a little disappointing as they didn’t restock the items as they should have. Overall we were pleased with the stay

Everything about our stay went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. Couldn't recommend this place more! The staff was extremely friendly, the room was huge and super accommodating (we had a suite), parking was easy, the pool was clean and refreshing, and there's plenty in walking distance!

I was on a solo get away, which I do every year except during pandemic, and it has been three years and I chose this hotel... location was incredible... but the main event the hotel was perfect. I loved everything about my room. In the front desk had two of the most incredible people. Very caring, very friendly, very accommodating. It was so wonderful experience.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The location was great for our purpose for staying in Huntsville. When they say they are pet friendly, they are not kidding! This was our first time traveling with our dog and they treated him with kindness and excitement! Definitely would recommend!

It had a few upkeep issues, but much better than our friends hotel at twice the price. The free breakfast was insanely awesome and the people making it were so wonderful (keep a few buck to tip the breakfast staff)..; the front desk peeps were nice and friendly and when you needed amenities or your room cleaned they were on top of it.. highly recommend!

The suite was large and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location downtown with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Huntsville.

I wasn't there long enough to enjoy the full kitchen but it was nice to have, especially the full size fridge. Bring your own sodas, or shop at the Publix across the street, cuz the hotel charges $4 for one 20oz bottle of cola. Room was clean, bed was comfy, loved the walk in shower. I'll stay here again.

Overall our stay was fine. The good: Breakfast was yummy: biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, cereals, bread stuff. Iced water in the lobby all day. Staff was kind after Friday afternoon/evening. Lobby area was large and comfortable. Room was large and mostly comfortable. The location is wonderful! There’s a grocery store, restaurants, and some shopping all in walking distance. There’s a nice grilling area outside, if that’s what one wants to do at a hotel? Fitness center was well appointed and very nice! The bad: check in sucked. We tried after 3 and was told there wasn’t a room available yet. (No big) Front desk takes my number and says they’ll call when the room is ready. Two hours later after no call and us waiting in the lobby we ask again and was told she thought we were just hanging out and didn’t need the room yet. :( Room didn’t have extra linens for the couch bed and when we asked we weren’t given a complete set. The room was showing some wear and the air conditioner never got as cold as we set it to. The pool is small and the water was very cloudy, so much so you couldn’t see the bottom in the 3 ft. area. All in all we probably won’t be back unless it’s our only option.

For the last night there, we had to change rooms, which made us late for a scheduled meeting, because when our reservation was extended it was not done correctly by the Hilton employee, and we had to move 7 people from one suite into two separate rooms. 2. The pool filter was obviously broken, as there was sand in the pool. 3. Room 206 had a running toilet, that we reported, but was never fixed. 4. Room 206 was never completed for renovations. It was only midly annoying...but, as I am making a list. 5. Once we were forced to move, had to make numerous trips because the keys kept failing to work. Good point: 1. Food was excellent. 2. Employees I interacted with were competent. 3. Great location to local food. 4. Parking was adequate.

Property adjoins the hospital campus and had several walkable restaurants and shopping options. It seemed like a generally newer area. Art museum and colosseum were a couple blocks up the road.

Have had a suite reserved since December. Check-in was June. When arriving at hotel the staff informed us that the previous occupant did not leave the room and we were unable to get the room that we reserved well in advance. They did accomodate by giving 2 different rooms. Having worked in the hotel industry, I've had to give out the excuse of "occupant did not leave room" when the hotel was allowed to be overbooked or when the room was given away to someone with more rewards or more status. I disliked it when I had to say it and I dislike it when having to hear it. Front desk staff was exceptional! Very pleased with how well they handled situation.
