Experience was good. We had booked a room through expedia and when we arrived that room was not available however they did have one come available shortly after checkin and offered it to us.Our room was clean and there was very little hallway noise.

Jet tube didn’t work, bathroom sink faucet didn’t work, room was not cleaned well, hotel very run down condition. Not worth $240.00 a night.

We choose this hotel and paid the big price because our kids wanted to swim. Were very dissapointed that the pool was closed! So frustrating. Hotel is not worth the $200, very aged, elevators creaks. Would NOT pay the price again for this hotel unless I was positive the pool was open (for the kids enjoyment). Only up side was, breakfast was very good.

First off, the breakfast was slightly above the norm of a regular hotel breakfast so that is the one plus I would give this hotel. However, the rest of our stay was below expectations. The smell of wet dog mixed with tuna, mixed with who knows what upon entering turned my stomach. Carpets in hallways were warped and a major tripping hazard as well as stained and super dirty. No extra towels available upon request…3 to share with our family of five. They managed to scrounge us up some grubby pool towels. Walls in room had dirty splatters all over and the bed side table had a sticky something running down the side. Bed linens were stained the second we walked in the room. I don’t usually complain, but this was beyond staying quiet…oh and the pool wasn’t working, which is why we spent more to stay at that hotel, even though we phoned earlier in the week and it was working at that point. Needless to say it was a disappointing stay.

For the price i was paying. I thought i would get a luxurious plush bed. It was so hard and firm. In my 2 day stay, people tried to get into the room both nights. Staying 2 days, i thought i would get my room cleaned. They didnt. The hot tub was shut down. The receptionist’s attitude was meh. The only amazing thing about my stay was the breakfast options. I dont think I’ll be coming back here again.

To discover they had a meet n greet area with free pizza was a pleasant surprise. No need to think about finding dinner after a very long drive. Room also has a huge 2 person soaker jacuzzi is a bonus.

We have stayed at Pomeroy Dawson Creek seasonally for 10 years, the last couple of years it has gone downhill. Areas like the elevators were dirty. No more pillow choice, just hard lumps. No more wednesday evening pizza/wine and beer but thursday crockpot warmed pasta/sauce/meatballs without the warm and welcoming staff who joined us. We stayed because we like the firm beds and warm welcome but the price is now not worth it anymore.

Andre was super welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a big and clean pool and a jacuzzi. I would stay there again. The hotel is a bit dated but well maintained. Breakfast had a bit of everything, keto items, typical carbs,... No caffeine free coffee. The parking area is huge and it's shared with the sister hotel, Stonebridge.

Handful of change was sitting on the coffee station, not complaining about free money, but shows lack of cleanliness. Before heading out for dinner we let front desk know that the bathtub was not draining, she checked the room records and said that it had been previously noted but that maintenance hadn't gotten to it yet, they were extremely busy that weekend and everyone was gone for the day. We asked for a plunger to be placed in the room so we could take care of it. We were not provided with a plunger. Didn't get to shower in the morning, had to was hair in the sink with a cup. Disappointing stay.

The room smelled terrible, and the furniture was stained. Not able to get extra pillows for the kids sleeping on the pullout sofa. Pool was dirty and the hot tub definitely needed to be cleaned. Staff was doing their best all things considered.

Terrible! Drunk people yelling and fighting outside, in hallways and above us until 5am. Staff offered nothing more than their apologies and suggested I go stay at a different hotel. Definitely not worth the 230.00 nightly base price.

It was close to things, large parking lot, good breakfast lots of variety. But the room was dirty, stains in the room on the chairs and bench. Carpets in the hallways were stained and torn. Smelled gross in the rooms and hallway.
