Wonderful hotel in a great location.

Wonderful location in the middle of Ginza on Main Street. Free American/ Japanese breakfast. Very quiet with many good restaurants and subways close.
Would definitely stay there again.

This was our 4th stay at Millenium Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza. We like its location, quiet but very near good restaurants and shops. Also the hotel is near the train stations.

Great location in Ginza Area, I got a room on the highest floor as requested, with very helpful and friendly reception staff, and great housekeeping staff. I would stay there again.

Great location just steps from Higashi-Ginza station. An easy few minutes walk to Ginza shopping streets.
Room is not big but very functional. Designed with guest experience in mind. Enough space to keep stuff. Very clean, housekeeping is great. We all slept well as the bed is so comfortable. Staff at the lobby are very polite and helpful.
Great stay overall for this price point. Highly recommend.

First time at this hotel. Excellent location and staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is convenient as well. My biggest complaint is the construction noise that happens until 3AM. At check-in we were told that it would be completed by 6PM but that ended up not being the case. That ruined it for us as it was so loud.

Great location — around the corner from Ginza subway station with frequent express trains to Haneda airport. Rooms are very clean, modern, and well maintained, and beds are comfortable. Although rooms are cozy and small, I don’t feel missing anything. Rooms facing the interior light well are dark but very quiet. Since I didn’t spend much time in the room during the day, it wasn’t a problem for me. Will stay at this gem again.

Only one small complaint: no English channels on tv. CNN was dubbed with scroll in English. On another channel, everything on CNN was in Japanese. Otherwise, great hotel!

We had an amazing stay at the Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza. The location is perfect, in the heart of Ginza with a large selection of restaurants and easy access to the subway. The staff is also excellent. When my luggage did not arrive on my flight, they went out of there way to help secure the delivery. I highly recommend.

I wouldn’t stay at a Mitsui parity anymore. The carpet and walls in rooms are dirty. The odor coming from restroom is pretty bad. Very disappointed with this stay.

- poor ‘western’ breakfast provision
- absence, if understandable, of comfortable public sitting space
- no ‘public’ hot bath.
