The rooms and hotel was clean but the carpet was ripped and wood is showing.

Never again

Everything was comfortable and easy. We had a great stay. Checkin was easy. We also hit happy hour oyr second night. The bartender made me a very tasty drink. Wish my stay could have been longer.

Embassy Suites used to be know for its incredible breakfasts, but our recent stay revealed that this isn’t the case anymore. Rather than a spacious buffet, where patrons could easily move to different stations, the restaurant area was cramped and crowded. The buffet was understaffed, which led to shortages of food and a long line at the griddle prep station. Furthermore, there was only one waffle maker, which made for an extremely slow process and a horribly long line if you or your family wanted waffles. In a nutshell, a horrid experience that caused us to go offsite for breakfast the next morning. The hotel has a very nice bar, but the experience was not good. The bar was short on necessary items, like bitters, and the bartender acted as if she’d rather be anywhere but there. The only saving graces were the room, which was clean and comfortable, as well as the room service and front desk staff, which were attentive and responsive. One of the main reasons for selecting this hotel was the reputation of its breakfasts. If all other Embassy Suites manage their restaurants like this one, I’ll be happy to find another place to stay!

Over 30 minutes to check in at 10pm due to rooms being "assigned" to guests set to arrive the next day. The system showed no available rooms for us even with a reservation. Once that was fixed, they didnt have the type of room we booked, so 1 person ended up on the couch for 2 nights. I was told by the front desk that this happens when you book with 3rd parties.

Hotel was great . Customer services rep was horrible, nasty , and rude.

Check-in lady was abrasive. Didn’t seem happy/friendly/warm. Room was dirty. Bathroom floor had large spots of caked dirt on it. Obviously hadn’t been mopped in a while. Mold throughout the shower. There were pieces of scotch tape stuck to the ceilings. Walls had black marks/scratches all over them. Tabletops were dusty. Chairs and sofa had visible stains on them. Greasy handprints on the headboard. There was no hook for a towel near the shower. Captured 2 spiders in our room during our stay. Just obviously had not been given a thorough clean in a long time. Lobby is beautiful. Breakfast was nice the couple days we had it- but we got there at 10:05 on Sunday AM and the lady told us they closed at 10. Even though we were told at checkin breakfast is til 10:30 on weekends and that’s what the sign even says in front of the restaurant. We appreciated the noon checkout! Overall it’s a nice place- but room needs deep cleaning and some maintenance. Staff could be friendlier.
