Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanlyness and homey feeling. The view from my room was beautiful. Janet and staff were very friendly. 🙂

Lovely comfy place to stay with a beautiful view. Front porch with all comfy chairs was excellent! Owners were very friendly and helpful. Hope to visit again!

The location of the Lakeview House & Cottages was fantastic. Walking distance to Weirs Beach and the boardwalk. Beautiful view of the lake. Unit C12 was perfect for a couple, comfy king bed, all the amenities (small fridge, microwave, grill, coffee maker, hairdryer), with air conditioning. Steps from the in-ground pool and outdoor sitting area. Hotel staff was super friendly. Cottage C12 was older and did smell a bit musty. Access to the unit was also a little awkward to maneuver from the parking lot, up a flight of stairs, through a grassy outdoor sitting area and up another small rock wall. Overall it was great for the couple nights we were there.

This is a great location. We stayed for a night when going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. It was just 3 miles away. The views from the House are gorgeous, Janet was wonderful, the room was comfortable and clean. We look forward to staying there again.They have done a great job with a historic site.

Gorgeous view of the lake. Its a large house turned INN so it only has 3 bathrooms and 2 closet sized rooms for showers but i didnt mind. You can hear other tenents but only if they are in the hallways. Clean, nice sized bedrooms with a sink, heater and window air unit that keeps it cozy.

The main building is truly an inn with shared bathrooms. I must have missed that. However the room was cute with a beautiful view of the water. There was a little sink and mirror in the room.

Other than the condition inside the cottage, the room leaned and it felt awkward trying to sleep at an angle. The grounds were awesome, and so was the service.

Property was very well maintained and the rooms and the bathrooms were very clean! beautiful view of the lake also, walking distance to some restaurants, bars and shops. We had a great time!

Janet went above and beyond w any request I had. I asked for suggestions of restaurants and Janet printed out the menus & addresses. I was celebrating my birthday & Janet presented me w a surprise on my birthday day. Who does that? The Lakeview Inn has a beautiful soothing front porch to relax & watch the lake. My room had a perfect view of the sunrise every morning. I had my own parking spot labeled by my room number. They have thought of everything including Petes coffee and s keurog and homemade muffins for the morning.
I love it there & will return.

Super friendly staff. Owners went out of their way to help as needed. Muffins, fruit and coffee put out daily and this place had spectacular views of weirs beach and the lake, can’t wait to visit and go back. Diana Visco

The staff at Lakeview House & Cottages are so nice, welcoming and wonderful. This was our second stay here. The premises was spotless. AC was on when we entered, which was a nice plus after an extraordinarily hot day of hiking. Location is perfect with a nice view of the lake. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay was amazing from the beginning. The minute we walked through the door we greeted by an upbeat, smiling staff member, and it continued throughout our stay. The Lakeview Inn is immaculately clean throughout. Our room was bright and cozy. And the view! Absolutely breathtaking. We have found our summer getaway home.

Don't let the pictures fool you.
The views are beautiful BUT you can get those same views from plenty of different hotels in the area.
And the view in pics are frpm the cottages NOT the inn.
The toon was horroble UNLESS younlike sleeping in a walkin closet. Not to mention the okd fashioned tibe TV. Needs seeious updating.
Avoid this place there are loads of other options.

a very 1950s beach cottage feel...as that is exactly what it is, with a few amenities (flat screen tv, mircrowave, coffee maker, toaster, good size frige)..quaint and cozy...not for those looking for luxury, but very nice. we would gladly return.

We were just staying for the night while attending a wedding. Our room was very clean and comfortable, as was the shared bath.

Justin or request I would make would be to have some fresh fruit and some fresh juice along with the coffee tea. I am post bariatric surgery and the muffins bagels Etc are not approved.
