There is also dock for (1) boat up to 22 feet in length. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch while you gaze out at the lake and mountains. In the evening, gather the family and enjoy each other’s company around the propane firepit at the lakeside. Inside, the home has been completely renovated and has updated finishes while maintaining its classic lake house character. The main level has an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room all with views of the lake. There is also a half bath and washer and dryer on the main level. The three bedrooms are upstairs. **Please note that the stairs going to the second floor are quite steep and narrow.** The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is one mini-split A/C unit on the main level and one mini-split unit that cools the second floor when bedroom doors are open. Each bedroom itself does not have air conditioning but each does have a ceiling fan. Rounding out the second floor is a bathroom with a stand-up shower.
