Extremely helpful and non-intrusive service- especially when we were stranded at the hot springs (couldn’t cycle back due to injury)- they were great at organising a prompt taxi.
Drinks were also very good (and strong!)

Beautiful traditional styled design - lots of smooth dark wood and raised walkways above the small lilly filled lake that the hotel bedrooms sit above in low stilts . If you like ducks you are in for a treat with with gentle or occasionally slightly rowdy quacking always nearby. Staff friendly, humorous and always helpful.

The quality of breakfast was perfect in view of taste and variety of food and beverage but I concrrnef food waste. The bread served in breakfast was too much for me..

This restaurant is run with great care, and there are many pleasant surprises in the little details.
