St. Joseph's

Wonderful location. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful. The hotel was a recommendation from a friend from the US. It provided us with an excellent breakfast and simple sleeping accommodation. The staff organized our car service from the airport and a staff member meet his at the gate to help us with our bags… perfect after a long flight

I have traveled a lot. The sincere truly above and beyond service of the staff was incredible. The day time front reception person was always helpful and courteous. The young lady who cooked breakfast was very attentive and served me an excellent breakfast. The early morning ( possibly overnight) reception person prepared breakfast for me in early 6:30 am. Not only that but he escorted me out from the hotel to the city gate by carrying my suitcase. I have never seen such above and beyond great service. The croissants for breakfast was just delicious. Freshly baked. The room was renovated in good taste. I liked it. Due to the excellent location in old town, the room is small. But I expected that. Yet the room was very charming. The bed was very very comfortable. I loved the tiles of shower. So cute. One must use google map to find the hotel or just navigate old town streets. No staircases if you enter from the gate ( the directions closer to airport) If you enter from Pile gate ( direction closer to bus station) then you have to deal with staircases ( the receptionist carried my suitcase for me ) It is great location in middle of old town. Those narrow streets are soooo charming. Close to all monuments restaurants and shopping. I definitely go back and stay this hotel. No elevator ( the receptionist helped me w suitcase).

Service was wonderful! Everyone so friendly. So special to have breakfast in bed even though the house is “500 years old” everything fresh and new and all of this while in old town—highly recommend!
