The location is amazing. Breakfast is à la carte, but excellent quality (and we generally like a wide variety of options, but this one although not many options are available - it was really very good).
Wow, where do I even begin? The hotel had everything going for it to be highly rated, if it weren't for two major unacceptable inconveniences.
1- The bath towels were folded on the bed, and when we went to use them, we noticed dirt that looked like poop!
2- Reception is only open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so there was no one to help. I sent a message to the number via WhatsApp and Booking.com, and no one responded. I called the number, and someone answered, and they weren't very friendly at the beginning, but they indicated where we could get new towels. Afterwards they pointed us to a place to have coffee and cake as a form of apology. That was kind, but we didn't have time to got there and unfortunately don’t minimise the incident.
3- The hot water in the shower isn't enough for two showers in a row. If you don't like cold showers, this hotel isn't for you.
