Stayed in one of the extra houses. Beautiful house and nice space. Just need more supplies in the kitchen such as a dish cloth, pots and pans.
Needed a couple extra blankets too. We were cold at night.
Also recommend installing a tub hand held shower head that is connected.

We loved our stay at the Grafton Inn. The check in was easy and the room was beautiful. We stayed here and went to St.Anne’s Spa for the day which was a five minute drive away. We will definitely be back!

We had an issue with the Wifi password but I did not follow up with the owner. The room was very nice and well appointed. There were no instructions as to how to operate the radiator for heating, so our first night was rather cool. No extras here, but the room was good value.

The rooms are are very nice. They don't always provide soap so, best to bring your own (surprising since the cost is a bit steep).
It's also very curious why one needs to get dressed to go to the coffee machine in the hallway and disturb other guests. The rooms are certainly big enough to have their own coffee maker etc.
They may forget to give you the number code required to enter the building so, make sure you get it.

This was a beautiful inn. I don't think the pictures online do it justice. We had a comfortable stay with our 18 month old. It was cozy and great! It was very convenient for us and our needs. We will return!

This is a basic stay but I wish the bathroom was cleaner.

Very beautiful room with lovely finishes. A small table and side chairs would be a nice addition. Wendy was great and helped us navigate the Roku "live tv" which we could not figure out. We're a bit technically challenged in our late 70's. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would come again.

We stayed at the studio suite in the Campbell house. It was a cute and nicely appointed studio apartment in a house in a residential area. My only concern was whether we were contributing to the housing crisis, as I thought we would be in a hotel, but were in a house located in a residential area which maybe could have been used to house locals rather than being set up as a short term rental. That being said, I'm not sure if housing is an issue in Grafton.

Stayed in the house around the corner owned by the Inn. Great location, spacious unit and great layout. Comfortable bed and full kitchen.
No WiFi though, or telephone, tv cable or antenna. Just a DVD player. No clock radio. Only clock is on microwave. Felt cut off from the world for the three days we stayed there. Really need to provide WiFi if going to charge the rate they did.
Also need a few things in the kitchen to make it more functional. We need a place with a full kitchen due to food allergies.

The Grafton Inn is a quaint place to stay. The room was very comfy. Two suggestions: the Inn has a Cafe that is attached to the Inn. Rather than giving a 20% discount, breakfast should be included.
Also, there is no wifi in the room or cable TV. Apparently, there is wifi in the public area but this is locked in the evening, so that meant no wifi or TV to watch. During the day, it wouldn't be an issue, as there are many places to explore. But it is an isolated inn, so having access to wifi is not comfortable. The Grafton Inn is a lovely place to stay, however, the price is too high for what is available.

Great staff, lovely room and delicious breakfasts. Please invest in better internet service. Although not the fault of the Inn, guests must be prepared to drive to the next town for restaurants serving an evening meal.

We stopped in for an overnight on our way to PEC. We arrived around 8 pm... Was very easy to find.. the set up is really great. We were travelling with an older dog in a wheelchair and the access was fabulous. So peaceful and relaxing. The suite was extremely clean and comfortable...
Got up the next morning and went for our included Breakfast at a very sweet restaurant associated with the room.

Very quiet and cozy. Friendly staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast.
If you need a quiet retreat and not too many people around this is the place to go. I really liked it here.

Lovely room. Only complaint was notice posted in room indicated that coffee and breakfast available at 8:30 but cafe did not open until 9. Since we had a long drive home, we had to stop on the road for breakfast.

We were looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay in this area and we definitely found it.
The Inn itself is almost 200 years old - mostly used for weddings and receptions - beautifully and spectacularly renovated with a small cafe/bar open during the day (and for our delicious included continental braakfast) on weekends.
Room was warm and comfortable, tv past generation but it worked and dvd's were provided if preferred to Johnny Carson on the cable!!
We were the only guests, staying in their accommodation next door to the Inn. Not surprising - it is mid-March not exactly high season.
Monique the manager could not have been more friendly or accommodating. We'll definitely be back for another visit.

Enjoyed the cozy, quaint setting in Grafton. We seemed to be the only ones staying at the Inn, not sure why? Would be nice to have breakfast included during weekday stay.

Arrived for the long weekend at the beginning of August. Nice Inn, but we were put in a secondary building that is not actually part of the Inn itself. The mixup about the where we were actually staying was secondary to their being absoulutly no service at all. No one there to check us in, just a note on the door that the keys would be left in a lock box at another building. All the calls made to the many phone numbers listed beside our bed went to voice mail and were never returned. The inability to contact anyone became an issue when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, their was no one to answer our calls. We called the fire department as no one else was on the property. If it had been a real fire the building would have burned to the ground before anyone operating it showed up. The negligence in running an Inn and total abandoning guest to fend for themselves in an emergency situation borders on criminal. Lovely room but I would never stay there again.

We feel very lucky to have found this jewel. Expected it to be charming room in an Inn, but it was actually the entire main floor of a beautiful old house. Felt like we had rented our own home, complete with wrap around porch and expansive view of property out back. Suite had been recently renovated (I think) and was just beautiful. Gorgeous and large bathroom and overall the space was just perfect. Several doors opening to porch to let the country breeze in. Can't wait to go back! **bonus was we received complimentary breakfast in their adorable cafe in the Inn's main building, and it was delicious!!

Room is comfortable. The surrounding area is quiet and scenic. A great vintage hotel for a get away.

The only problems related to the lack of TV and WiFi and the fact that I never saw anyone from the hotel everything was conducted by phone including checkin and checkout. There was no phone in the room so your needed a cellphone to maintain contact!
