Location was amazing - straight outside Niigata Station. Excellent for price, exactly what you would expect from a budget Japanese hotel. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again.

Japanese style breakfast with a wide variety rice, soup, and vegetable dishes. The fruit and juices were very sweet. I love having a salad course for breakfast. There were a few pastries available. The staff was polite and courteous. The room was clean.

The lobby looks modern and stylish. The room is also reasonably comfortable considering the price. However, the bathroom is moldy and smells moldy. Cleanliness is far from satisfactory by Japanese standard.
