Quiet for most part clean

The property is old and dated. There were tiles off the wall in bathroom. It was clean and no bugs. Air Conditioning worked great. Bushes in front weren't trimmed. The breakfast was cereal and milk -- not water or coffee. The juice machine was not working. Overall it was a clean and comfortable cheap room for three nights.

It is in a perfect location for our hunting trips. The town has everything needed from grocery store, laundromat, restaurants, etc..
